The apartment‘s decoration is very tasteful, nicely renovated and fully equipped. Also very clean and comfortable. The contact was very nice and welcoming. The location is close to the center of Catania, Via Etna, the park and the duomo in walking distance.

We stayed in the apartment called „terra“ which is on the first floor facing the main road and unfortunately although the street seems to be small and remote it is extremely noise at all times. We woke up several times during the night (between 2 and 6 am) because of traffic noise and it was impossible to sleep past 7 am since the neighbors, especially the mechanic nextdoor were starting to yell, honk and scream on the street all morning. If you are a light sleeper or you just want to relax, sleep longer (or at night in peace at all) I would not recommend this appartment.

Overall very comfortable, cozy appartment. Friendly, welcoming host. Parking available in inneryard.

Nothing, apart from the unusually high temperatures in Sicicly while we were there, which Claudia and Mattias couldn't do anything about of course!

The accommodation "Aria" was so beautiful with every comfort you can wish. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and nice designed interior. Loved it :-)

Very nice and clean apartment. Host was available for us for chat at all time. There was also option for parking which was after dedicated gate. Apartment and entrance hall smells good, very secure doors.

The only cons was that there is Car Service outside right below Bedroom which is in Italy where people like to chat very loudly not very convenient. This was of course not the case during whole stay but it happened few times also early morning.

We received excellent service throughout our stay, including an airport pick-up and return (for a fee), but was extremely convenient and thoughtful. The apartment and amenities were great, having more than enough room and everything we needed (even unexpected items like an iron and ironing board). Located in the heart of the city, it was a short walk to the main shopping streets and two supermarkets were located very nearby. We had two ACs and both worked great, wi-fi was perfect.

There was nothing not to like!

The accommodation was absolutely exceptional. Amazing location, very clean, beds very comfortable, spacious apartment, the owner helpful, ... if we come to Catania again, we will definitely stay right here. I recommend to everyone - 10/10

Very, very comfortable and large apartment, a quiet location, all facilities that you need are in place. Close to the main touristic objectives, like 10-15 minutes walking. There's also a coffee shop just around the corner and a small shop. Overall was a lovely place to spend a citybreak and the guests were very nice and friendly, always ready to help you.

Everything was really great, I can't say anything just positive experiences. We got delicious pastry at the arriving. Mattia, Giorgia and their mother were super friendly, great hosts.

The location. too difficult to park. Don’t take this property unless they offer a small parking lot that belong to the building.

We stayed in different appartments during our sizilia holiday and I can just say this one was the best. The owner is really kind professional and helpful. In the appartment nothing is missing. Just the neighbours are a little bit noisy in the morning, but except of this everything was perfect

Everything was perfect! The flat is located very central, not in the most touristic spot which is way more enjoyable but still easily reachable by foot. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. The bed is super comfortable and the air conditioners help with falling asleep easily :) The owners are very friendly, the communication was easy and I was able to leave my luggage at the flat before checking in. All windows in the apartment face the backyard which means that you barely have direct sun. Maybe something to consider for people willing to stay in the apartment all day.

Very nicely furnished, crisp, clean. Spacious, comfortable. All the kitchen gear, even an icetray. Host has compiled a folder with a lot of helpful information and went through it with us. Great value for money.

very nice and friendly host, explained everything about near by things to see and visit, but the most wonderfull thing - was the apartments - it was very nice, like at home, very cosy and modern, i will stay here for sure once again in case of visit to Catania later
