Restez dans cette maison ancienne mais confortable récemment rénovée, à seulement deux rues et demi du centre des congrès, de la plage FAMOUS Wildwood et de la promenade. Les parcs aquatiques, les boutiques, les restaurants et les divertissements, ainsi que les feux d'artifice GRATUIT du vendredi soir proposés par Wildwood sont également proches. juste en face du lycée de wildwood, cette maison offre l'accès gratuit à Comcast Blast, WiFi, climatisation froide, CLIMATISATION, PARKING HORS-RUE, GRIL-BARBECUE, table de Pong disponible (420 amis) parmi beaucoup d'autres commodités. Read the reviews….great location (2 1/2 blocks from boardwalk)….older beach community home…property would only rate one or two stars for amenities and furniture but it is as described and priced well below the updated properties in the area…if you want an inexpensive place to lay your head for the night (with a responsive on-site owner) than this is a good option. If you want stylish amenities than look elsewhere (and in a different price range)…ps there are ants in the kitchen (if you leave food out!) and the smell some reviewers complain about is the smell of salt air in the carpets, paint, and fabric of any beach area home older than 5 years or so

Tony was always available to answer our questions quickly and his place allowed us to sleep with our ultimate Frisbee team together.

the photos do not correspond to reality the house is not a suitable property to rent or even to spend a day there the bathroom does not work the beds are on the floor do not go to this place Trust me this is an insane place

The place was exactly what I needed . It was walking distance from the beach and board walk so my family was able to walk there from the beach take showers relax a minute then walk to the board walk . There was enough sleeping room for all of us . It was a nice little place . It was very last minute planning and the owner was quick to respond back to me and he was so nice . All in all it was a good overnight stay .

This property should be condemned. It is not fit to rent and is a scam with pictures to make someone believe that you can stay here in comfort. Property owners should need to update pictures at least yearly to continue using a booking pictures. No longer will i look on Vrbo or Expedia for rentals.

the listing price was cheaper per day than what I got charged. the place was so damp that even the beds were stinking like mildew. the toilet was backed up, the AC was not working I could not put my family and kid in a place where they could get sick. Honestly, I don't blame the owner, I blame VRBO for allowing such a deteriorated place to be listed not to mention the only house in the entire town that looked so bad it looked like an abandoned house, weeds growing around it, furniture was old but I will never get how such a rundown property could be listed that I could not stay, we left and didn't use the property and when I asked for a refund, I was told I couldn't have my money back. this has been the worst experience in my life. I sure hope your company does something to refund the money I spent. sorry but can't say anything good about this

A couple of our beds were broken and there were ants in one of the beds. The AC wouldn’t work in the living room at times and the fridge was dirty.

Overall Good
The location to the beach is really good! The place is overall clean but not the cleanest to be completely honest. If you’re looking for a place to stay a few nights just to enjoy the surrounding areas this is the cheapest and best option!

Great stay for young adults
My son and 6 of his friends stayed here for “sweek” (senior week) getaway. The property was as described and priced well. They had trouble with AC the first night, but it was quickly fixed the next day. Anthony is quick to respond and closeby for anything that might arise during your stay. The boys said they would stay again.

Great Spot
We had 13 people and it fit all of us, it was a little crammed but 13 people is definitely gonna crammed up anywhere. We really liked the neighborhood and distance from the beach and Wawa's and everything else it's close to everything. The house isn't the largest or nicest but it's gets the job done and I'd book again.

Honestly the property is exactly how it is described! Every picture is what’s to be expected. It is in the best location literally 2 blocks from everything. There is a corner store located steps away from this unit which was super convenient for all of our last minute needs! Anthony was literally there any time we needed him...we had a problem with our air conditioning unit and he came and replaced the entire unit before we even got settled just awesome. We did do a bit of cleaning when we first got there only because I have a small child (1 yrs) and she gets into a lot other than that the stay was fine! No there is no oven but I also do not remember him even stating there was one lol but he does have a grill to use if you want to cook a bit and a stove and microwave. Yes we did notice a few ants but not anywhere near where we slept! Thanks Anthony for a great wknd!!!!

Very Enjoyable Stay!
Great location, right near the center of town and not too far from the boardwalk, close to a dollar store if you need something and mini golf is right around the corner. There is enough room for 5 people, maintenance is there if you need it. Had a few ants and the oven doesn’t work but we weren’t going to use it anyway. Owner is very nice. Had a great time

Very dirty and unkept property
Very dirty and no appliances that really work except the fridge. No dishes and the beds were shot only worn out pull out couches. Also ants very bad. They were even in the bed

Amazing accommodation
The location of the house was perfect for my stay. I danced at the convention center for DXP nationals and it was only 2 and half blocks away! The owner was very friendly and even told me good luck! The house was exactly as pictured and Anthony accommodated for all my guests. Would definitely recommend and I will probabaly be back at the next nationals . :)

Renting from him was the best and easiest place to get to and to rent. The place was great and super affordable. Definitely would stay there again!
