The outside door to the pool was propped open with a shopping cart because it was broken, thats a HUGE safety hazard!! Needs to be fixed immediately

Bus routes to the Airport. Finding taxi's, Lyft, and Uber rides is challenging in the area. Providing an early morning shuttled (4 am and later) would be amazing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby was well lit and nicely organized. Our room was great. We had a nice view out of our windows of the woods behind the property. The breakfast was varied and very tasty. Lots of options, sure to please everyone in you party.

We really didn't lack for anything. The room was lovely as were the staff members we encountered.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast for families.

the room next to us was smoking - the staff was great and moved us - there are no smoking rooms. it wasn’t Fairfield’s fault they had a horrid guest.

We stayed for three nights with a toddler. I was super nervous about our noise level and disturbing other guests but it seems the hotel thought of it all. From what I can tell they put all of the guests traveling with littles in rooms on one floor. I can’t tell you how relieved I was! Our dude isn’t loud for the most part but he’s TWO so, ya know, shrieking happens. Breakfast was amazing. Location was great for our needs.

The beds weren’t great. I’m not saying I’d rather sleep on the floor but I am saying I woke up with a backache every morning of our stay.
