Very bad

It was not terrible, but it wasn't great either. The room smelled terrible. The sheets looked clean, but they had a sour smell to them. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was ok.

This was my first time at this location. With all the different chains of hotels in the area this one really need to invest some money into it and that is from the entrance to the rear. The carpet in room 103 really needs to be cleaned. The staff was great and very helpful. The ice machine was down and they had no problem supplying me with ice from the kitchen. I come to Florida often because I have family here and grew up in Ft.walton beach. I normally stay at the Hampton as well as the country inn and suites several times. The breakfast was very very simple two different kind of cereal, apples, juice, yogurt, coffee and the standard waffle maker. I was only there from Friday-Sunday which made it okay.

Just an old property

To start off, the lights in the room didn’t work, the tv didn’t work, the bathroom was dirty with hair, dirt & used toilet paper all over, hair & used tissue under beds

Would stay there again

Our stay at this motel was less than satisfactory. The room was dirty; the bathroom floor looked as though it hadn't had attention for some time. The bathtub was clean but had stains on it that made it appear dirty. The carpet was dirty and damp. There was an iron but no ironing board. Because the air conditioning unit was drawing air from outside, we could smell cigarette smoke in our room throughout our stay (and through the night) as other guests stepped just outside their rooms to smoke. Turning off the unit was not an option as the temperatures were in the 90's. Although it was a non-smoking room, it smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The pillows were lumpy. I would not recommend this Baymont.

Unsafe people around, hotel room was dirty, smelled bad, and run down. Half the lights didn’t work. Stains on sheets, pillows, and towels. Regret booking with them.

Staff was great, room’s definitely show there age, Monday through Thursday night it was quiet and nice. During the day Friday the traveling workers leave and a rougher group of people come in and the hotel is louder and a lot more active

The first room assigned had a strong smell. The second room had an extremely strong tabac smell. It was like sleeping inside of an ashtray. Keep away, really bad experience

Not clean . Rooms and breakfast was very limited very expensive for the quality of the hotel.

No phone in my room, ice machine broken, my room, needs an update ASAP, my room had a bad smell, carpet needs to be replaced, light fixtures broken, one was falling off the wall, microwave was nasty, furniture old and badly worn, I expected better from that hotel, I was very unhappy…

I thought that because the hotel was a Wyndham hotel it would be cleaner than the average hotel. The floors in the rooms were very dirty. The rooms had a musty smell and feel. It was obvious that they had people living in the hotel and they where not just coming in for jobs during the week. I felt a bit unsafe because of drug use and alcohol use. I can deal with the alcohol, but one of our rooms smelled of Pot from the room next door. The tenant had his curtains open and he was on the bed with a joint and a white powder that he sniffed. Along with just this example there was the smell around the hotel of Pot. I had two young children with me and really did not feel safe with them. I did bring up the noise level from the first night I was there and was moved to the other side of the hotel which seemed a bit cleaner and it was quieter.

Room had a distinct odor, no phone in the room, no plastic liner for the ice bucket which had a dirty bottom and the pool, which was the only reason we rented a hotel room, was filthy. But it had been cleaned overnight and we would have been able to swim if it hadn't been for the weather. It's a basic no frills motel room. On the plus side the beds were comfortable and it wasn't noisy.

I arrived to check in and asked the lady if I could get a room close to some friends and she rudely states we don’t allow parties so I said I’m too old for all that. Then When I got in my room it had a marijuana odor(non smoking room) and found dog food in the floor. Went to dinner and came back found 2 roaches crawling on the walls. It was 11:00 pm by the so I just went to bed when I woke up there was a dead roach in my bed that I apparently rolled over and killed in my sleep. At this point it was 3:00 AM. I had paid for 2 nights but I just checked out and had to pay for another room at another location. Did not get a refund and would never stay her again.

Good place to go for piece and quiet.

The carpet was dirty. We had to ask for basics like towels etc… breakfast was very limited

Found a bed bug in our room and all they did was move us rooms and said “it happens” and the breakfast wasn’t the best

Hotel was nice. Both ice machines broke. We stayed 3 days and no maid service. But it’s a $72 motel. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Nice fridge, tv and bathroom. Easy 6 or 7. Would come back.

Had a good overnight stay, lots of dining options, wonderful beds, would stay again..

Toilet did not work properly, bugs in room, musty smell to the room, breakfast very limited and coffee ran out.

Poor condition overall. Furnishings were badly worn, there was coffee but no maker, the tv didn t work and the whole place smelled of smoke and moisture.

The beds were not made like somebody had slept in them but they assured me nobody had been in the room. The floor was disgusting my child's feet were black and less than 2 minutes on the carpet.

Clear and simple

The room had holes in the wall, stains on the furniture, and smashed bugs on the lamp. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. I ended up leaving and booking elsewhere.

The location was in a good part of town, within minutes of shopping and eating. The staff were friendly snd accommodating. The bed were comfortable. Everything in the room worked (microwave , mini fridge, toilet, lamps, shower, etc.). The cleanliness however, was an issue. There was strand of hair was all over. The stopper in the bathtub and sink were broken. Small things that can be imporved to make it the go to place for travellers to rest.

Entrance is on rocks, room rug was sticky and had cockroaches at the bathroom.
