Fabulous location in Montepulciano. We stayed in apartment Madame Elena which had great decor, good shower, incredibly comfortable beds.

It was like being in an old palace in the centre of the town. Beautiful decor and interesting atmosphere.

It was not clear where to pick the keys up and the parking situation was poor and not guaranteed.

The kindness and proactivity of the staff (Francesca in our case) . Due to a small problem we couldn t check in at Palazzo Danesi but the host offered us another apartment, similar to this one, located in a mansion right at the pedestrian entrance of Montepulciano. The apartment has generous space , very comfy beds, is very tidy, cool enough during the summer, but being part of a modernized mansion has some limitations (nice bathroom but no cabin shower, only a simple shower, bedrooms with passage from one to another, lack of natural light). The host offered us a voucher with 10% discount for eating at one of their restaurants and a little welcome gift. Overall we had a pleasant experience.
