Aanvankelijk probleem om appartement binnen te kunnen komen, maar dit werd opgelost na wat geduld te hebben

Nice apartment next to the beach. Big plus that you can sit on the roof if you dont have sun on the balcony. I can imagine this is even better in summertime with the pool. I think the apartment had everything you need.

The description on the apartment does nt NOT include that the apartment is in the third floor. It says that upper floors is accessible with stairs but not the apartment, it doesnt say that there is no elavator, nore pictures on the stairs. it says also in the description that people with wheelchair has a higher seat on toilet, i´m not sure how that person is going to get up there. we said this to the girl who check us in that we couldnt stay here do to all those 33 steps going up and down. the girl called someone and they will call back, we signed a paper for the key and then she left. after waiting for hours we called booking and asked if they could help us. either to get a apartment on the lower floor ore cancel. after changing a few times operator because the owner didnt speak English i spoke to a young man and he said the owner refuse to pay back and because there was no picture of lift i should have seen that this is with stairs. we had problems sleeping a hole night because there is dogs in the apartments around barking late at night. The swimmingpool was cold the hole time we where there. it was hotter in the sea then in the pool. we had no sunshine on the terrase later then 7 am in the morning. the house was cold at arrival . we are most chocked that booking.com is participating in this game of hers.

The apartment is well-equipped and very clean The location of the apartment is great, next to a great beach (Playa de Los Naufragos). Torrevieja center is within walking distance, but it does take some 20 minutes or so. Even though parking facilities are not provided, there was always parking space on the street in front of the apartment complex, so it was convenient. There also seemed to be a bus stop close by.

The check-in process was a bit of a hassle involving several phone calls to different numbers before the correct person was reached. The pool was out of use the whole time we were there (6 nights), which was a disappointment. As travelling with children the pool was one of the main reasons for booking this apartment. When asked about the pool issue during check-in, it was said that it would take two days to get the pool back into use. When that didn’t happen it would have been nice to get some compensation. Inside the apartment there are uncovered electric sockets on 1-year-old’s eye level, which is not exactly safe for small children.
