Bienvenue à Sunset Dream East - Une propriété qui accepte les animaux! Cette maison lumineuse, belle et propre offre une vue panoramique sur l'océan depuis le salon principal. Cette maison a un plan d'étage inversé avec le salon, la cuisine entièrement équipée, la chambre queen et la salle de bain complète au dernier étage (3e). Le salon lumineux offre une vue généreuse, de nombreux sièges, une télévision à écran plat de 42 pouces avec câble, un lecteur DVD Blue-ray et une chaîne stéréo. La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Il existe une grande variété d'ustensiles de cuisine, de petits appareils électroménagers, d'épices et d'ustensiles de cuisine.
Le deuxième étage dispose de 3 chambres supplémentaires. La chambre principale est côté océan et a un lit king size, une salle de bain (y compris une double vasque, une baignoire à jets et une douche à l'italienne) et deux placards. Cette chambre a également une porte coulissante en verre qui s'ouvre sur un deuxième pont. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen et la troisième chambre a deux lits jumeaux. Il y a aussi une salle de bain complète à cet étage.
Notre maison dispose d'Internet haut débit et chaque chambre dispose d'une télévision à écran plat, du câble et d'un lecteur DVD. Chaque chambre dispose également d'un ventilateur de plafond.
L'accès à la plage publique est idéalement situé juste en face de la rue. Il y a des chaises de plage, des planches de bodyboard et des jouets de sable disponibles pour votre usage. Il y a aussi une douche extérieure chaude / froide fermée.
Situé à environ 5 km de la ville, notre maison est proche des restaurants, des magasins et de la jetée de Bogue Inlet.
Les draps sont inclus avec votre séjour. Absolument pas de fumer. 2 chiens maximum.
En plus de toutes les commodités, nous ne facturons pas de frais supplémentaires pour les animaux domestiques ou de nettoyage.

Property and hosting are commendable. The location is convenient to the beach, great view, yard and amenities. All is as advertised and this is a great value proposition. Within 30 minutes of settling in, all of us agreed that it was a shame we were not staying more than 3 nights. There were even talks about coming back next year. My only critiques would be the check in/out times and the directions had a typo. The address provided was correct but somehow two of the four numbers got swapped in the directions. So one of our vehicles ended up going and extra block or two. Not a big deal. 5pm check in and 10am check out is a little extreme. Given how clean the house was I can accept it but having to be out of the property by 10am and not being able to leave the dishwasher running or clean added just that little bit of stress to have everything cleaned, dried and put away. So it wasn't the best way to end to a relaxing stay but still 5 stars imo. Highly recommend

Property is very well maintained. Nice ocean view from the upper deck for a 2nd row. Public beach access is just 1 property over. Outdoor shower and hose is really convenient when returning from beach. We enjoyed having our golden retriever with us, which was the first time we ever brought a pet on vacation. Walks with the dog on the beach or along Ocean Drive were really nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

Property was clean with the exception of some pet hair but knowing the home is pet friendly that is to be expected. Kitchen was all very well stocked and included linens are nice to have as well. Beds were comfortable and we had no issues at all with anything.

We had a wonderful stay at Emerald Isle! The house is lovely and clean - exactly as pictured. It’s a 2 minute walk to the sand path to beach access. We loved the layout and all the beds were comfortable and everything was in very good condition. Owners were super easy to work with. We’d definitely stay here again!

Lovely beach house!
We had a great stay! The house was clean, up to date, and had a perfect beach vibe decor. There is plenty of space in the main living area for relaxing and entertaining, and lots of fun games to play on rainy days! The location was perfect, beach access is literally across the street, so it made coming to and from beach super easy. Outside shower area was key too! Definitely enjoyed our stay on Emerald Isle.

Wonderful experience at the beach!
We are regular visitors to Emerald Isle, but this was the first time we’d tried VRBO property - and it as fabulous! Everything about the property was perfect - literally, just steps from the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. We could hear the waves from the top floor deck! Our hosts were friendly, communicative, and kind - the welcome basket was a huge blessing, with all of the little things we usually forget to bring from home.
