Affordable Family Friendly Lake Havasu Home
Spacieuse, propre et confortable résidence unifamiliale de 1 600 pieds carrés comprenant 3 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain. La cuisine et la salle à manger se mélangent pour offrir un endroit idéal pour socialiser tout en grillant sur le grand patio arrière couvert ou jeter quelque chose ensemble dans la grande cuisine, qui dispose d'un comptoir / bar et beaucoup d'espace de comptoir pour servir la famille, un double four, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle et plaques de cuisson.
La grande salle a beaucoup de sièges pour la soirée de cinéma après une longue journée sur le lac. Le grand canapé sectionnel fait un lit pour les invités.
La chambre principale a un lit king size, une banquette-lit double avec une double lit gigogne, une des chambres d'hôtes a une reine et l'autre chambre a deux lits doubles. La maison peut accueillir confortablement 12 personnes, avec de la place pour d'autres sur des matelas d'air dans des sacs de couchage.
La maison dispose de ventilateurs centraux d'air et de plafond dans chaque pièce pour plus de confort. Il a également un système d'eau douce, qui aide à rafraîchir votre corps après une longue journée au soleil.
La maison est située dans un quartier calme de Lake Havasu (sur la colline au-dessus de Terrible Herbst) sur le côté sud de la ville, à quelques minutes des rampes de lancement et le pont de Londres. Le lot se compose de près de ½ acre permettant beaucoup de place pour le stationnement, y compris un bateau (s) et des jet-skis.

very nice had everything needed for our stay

We have stayed at this house in Havasu 2 times, 30 days each visit. We were very comfortable in the house, its located in a subdivision, you have to drive to reach the lake but we were fine with that. If we want to stay in Havasu again this will be the 1st place I will see if is available because it works for us and I feel comfortable with the Manager

Cozy home on quiet street close to everything. We stayed for a fishing trip to lake havasu for 4 night with 3 adults and iur dogs. House was nice and had plenty of room for cars and boat. Backyard is fenced in which is nice for pets. Everything worked great and check in and out was as smooths as can be. Will definitely be back soon.

This home checks all the boxes. All amenities, including complete cable tv, spacious kitchen and 3 bedrooms. It is centrally located on a quiet street that is easily accessible to all parts of Havasu. Great living room furniture to relax in while watching the big screen tv. Wendy is reachable at short notice for any issues, and she responds very quickly. The kind of owner that you want to stay with!

Summer vacation
We had 2 families of 4 total 8 stay here for a week. Great quiet location very comfortable. We also brought our 2 dogs. The only thing I would mention is that the walls to the backyard are a little short so if you have bigger dogs that can jump you would have to keep an eye on them. Other than that everything was great would definitely stay here again.

Lake Havasu Winter 22
My wife and I were well pleased with the home. Every thing we needed for a comfortable winter was in place. The internet and cable were perfect. The kitchen is large and well laid out. We cook almost all meals at home, and the kitchen and pantry were extremely workable. Plenty of hot water, and heat and A/C were easy to adjust. The hosts are very accessible, and responsive. We are already booked for next winter!

house has so much space! Great size rooms. Huge living room. I love that they had spare beds and a lot of extra supplies. Best part for my sister was that they had a pop in coffee machine with great coffee pods included. Backyard is so big, we had a great summer night grilling and hanging out after a long day at the lake

Owners really helpful! Location was few minutes to London Bridge. Games are available to play while at the home. Extra roll out beds were definitely a plus! Had a little water drip which was fixed asap and credited for. Overall a great experience! I would definitely recommend this house and come back again. Thank you!

Great place for our group!
Wendy’s place was a great size for our group of 8 and one giant dog! The large kitchen was perfect for feeding our crew. We made use of both of the roll away beds and everyone slept pretty comfortably. The location is great and the neighborhood quiet. Super close to the grocery store also. All in all, a great trip.

Great property
So sad to leave it was such a nice stay. The property is located at the top of the hill with beautiful views of the mountains with a nice patio and fenced in yard. The neighborhood is quiet and great location. The property had everything you would need and more! Looking forward to coming back back for longer than a month.

Perfect getaway
This house was perfect for our friends and family. We wanted a change of scenery and that what we got. Nice open floor plan, was clean and inviting. Owner let us check in a little early so that we could get in the water the day we arrived. She was timely in responding and overall very helpful. We would definitely love to enjoy another getaway in the near future!

Great stay
The house was as listed and we had 8 guys staying for a fishing tournament everyone had a place to sleep and they all said they enjoyed the stay. The owner was very accommodating and even moved their boat to the back so we could fit our four boats and vehicles on the property.
