Bienvenue à Kuilima Estates, la propriété de condo situé sur les terrains de renommée mondiale Turtle Bay. Les condos sont entourés de deux terrains de golf magnifiquement entretenus, et sont les seuls condos sur la Rive-Nord. Ceci est un endroit idéal pour se détendre, de rembobinage, et la restauration, et un monde forment loin de l'agitation de la ville. Ce condo est à quelques pas de l'hôtel et à une belle, à l'abri, Coved plage, où vous pouvez nager, plonger, et le surf. It was a nice place. Not enough toiletries for a long stay. Other than that, I def recommend if you’re interested in staying in north shore area.

Property was clean and was as described. Spacious and our family of 6 fit in well. It can use a couple of updates, main floor bathroom vanity, shower rod and toilet bowel seat. Unit was great for location and price.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: North Shore is an amazing place and this is perfectly situated to visit the east and west side of the island equal distance to Waikiki no matter what direction of travel so you can experience it all. The condo was clean and comfortable with only 2 minor things to note. The AC's are window units and only 2, one in each bedroom, none in the loft or living space. Also, we wanted to cook dinners so we bought stuff to oven bake only to realize there is not one pan that is oven safe, no foil either. We had to cook on the oven only. Very private unit, close parking spot, close to the pool and a block from the golfs bar and grill if needed.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an event we needed to be at in Laie and everything was booked solid. This place was our only option. For the price that we paid, it should have been in excellent condition. Here were some problems... the beds were old and uncomfortable including the ones on the loft. The shower curtain in the bottom shower blows up on to the person showering and doesn't stay down once the water is on. The screen door is broken and goes off track. Just 4 towels were provided so we had to use the beach towels as well. The toilet seat in the upstairs bathroom is so old that the plastic is peeling off. The fan in the kitchen is squeaky and the one in the living area wasn't blowing much. Luckily it wasn't terribly hot. These are simple repairs that wouldn't cost much to the owner. Yet I was charged an extra $200 as a extra fee. This was unexpected. The kitchen could have been stocked and cleaned a little better. With a cleaning fee so high, even the drawers and lower cabinets should have been in excellent condition. I can tell that the owner doesn't live here because there was a note left in the check in folder that should've been removed if there was a thorough cleaning. Besides the problems, it's a quiet peaceful place to stay. I just feel that for that much money, it should've been in perfect condition.

A very nice property in a beautiful part of the island. Very close to many beaches with beautiful sunsets. However, is not close to anything else, restaurants and shopping are all 15 to 30 minutes away and most island activities are more like an hour. If you leave after sunset, add another 30 minutes. The property could use some minor repairs. When we walked in, a screen was off the window, which I repaired myself. The screen door for the patio/lanai did not close properly, so it did not really keep the bugs out. The air conditioning consists of two window units that are very loud and are not allowed to be run all day long. Thankfully, there was always a decent breeze off the ocean that they were not needed, at least in late March. The hair dryer that was provided literally burst into flames in my wife's hand, but the property manager was very prompt in bringing a new one to the unit. I was a little concerded about that at first, because some of my earlier messages to them were not being returned, but they came through on the biggest complaint. My only other complaints would be that the unit did not seem sufficiently stocked to support 5 people, even to just start the week, knowing that it is not intended to last all week. Also, the unit seemed too sterile. It seems as though anythjng that a previous renter may have left was removed from the property. It isn't required, but usually people leave a few spices, but there was nothing. Overall, we had a good stay.
