Toute la maison unifamiliale au coeur d'Overland Park! Excellent choix pour les grands groupes, les familles, les amis ou les collègues. Il dispose de 4 chambres, lit king en master, 2. 5 salles de bains, 2 espaces de vie et une belle cour arrière! L'étage dispose de 4 chambres. La chambre principale a un lit king size et salle de bains attenante (petite douche). La deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux, et les deux autres chambres ont des lits queen size. Tous les matelas sont neufs, la fermeté différente, draps et serviettes fraîchement lavés sont fournis. Deuxième salle de bain complète est située dans le hall à l'étage avec un accès facile à toutes les chambres.
Niveau principal caractéristiques de la cuisine avec toutes les nécessités, petite table de petit déjeuner avec assis pour quatre, puis une salle à manger formelle avec table pour 6, et un salon avec deux canapés qui peuvent être transformés en lits.
En bas a un autre salon avec un joli bar / tabourets et un autre canapé-lit. Il a également des portes à la terrasse extérieure. Bien que nous ayons une cheminée en bas - nous ne permettons pas aux invités de l'utiliser pour des raisons de sécurité.
Le stationnement est disponible dans le garage de deux voitures ci-joint, sur l'allée et sur la rue si disponible.
Un parking supplémentaire est disponible juste en face de la rue (parc public).

Spacious house that is located in a good neighborhood. Would recommend for families!

We rented this property to have our Book Club Christmas gathering and sleepover. It was a great space for us, centrally located, clean, and plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortably. It is on a slightly busy street, but a white noise maker drowned out any loud car sounds at night. Check in, check out was easy and communication with the host was great. The kitchen is fairly well stocked, accept for kitchen towels. We had to use paper towels for drying which felt wasteful. Not a big deal, but bring kitchen towels if prefer to use them. Otherwise, plenty of bath towels, bedding, kitchen ware, etc. They even have wine glasses! Thanks for a nice stay.

Was a very comfortable, clean home, was very impressed, would book again. Garage was a plus, as it was raining the night we got there.
We did notice that the front door does not latch securely! That was our observation, and passing it on. Thank you for providing such a comfortable place to stay. Joyce & the Parsons family

It's an older home that has been modernized. Nothing fancy, but it was great for our group of nine. Very comfortable. Boris was helpful when booking and let us check in a little early. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. No complaints and we'd rent the property again!!

An older home with 4 large, comfortable bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, the common spaces are also large and well appointed. There are a lot of stairs, and the driveway is steep so I would not recommend this home for those with mobility issues, but for our group of 11 it worked just fine.

We spent the weekend in Kansas City and this home was the perfect location for all of our daily outings.

Accommodation for our family 1 child, 6 adults, everyone had there own room. Enough bathrooms, kitchen was great. Location was okay, didn't feel comfortable going outside after dark. Boris was great to work with. I asked for extension and he gave it to us. Boris was always in touch we me.

Location was great with small park and school playground across the street. Plenty of room for 10 of us. Home could use more dishes to use in kitchen, some dish rags and towels. Some outlets need fixed (only one of two would work) Most lamps did not have light bulb. Overall we would stay here again.

The house is an older house, kind of creaky, but furnishing were good. The Kitchen was a little small for our group of 12, but we made it work. Plus it didn't have too many cooking dishes. Overalll it was a good experience.. Good location for us. Would stay again

Family get together
Family really enjoyed the house for our family trip to KC. We met halfway for all of us so KC was the pick. The house picture covered the amount of stairs to get into the door which wouldn't have been a problem except for my mom having a disability and found it hard to get up and down the stairs, but it was doable especially in the house with the handrails. We wished we could have had a broom and vaccum to pick up after ourselves more, even while on vacation ☺️. The owner/host was quick to reply with questions regarding the property which was wonderful. We would come back in the future for a stay.

Whole house rental fit our needs well.
Needing a large place for family gatherings, this rental fit our needs. There is a large Dining table for family meals. Five beds in four bedrooms. The owner responds quickly to questions and needs. Two living areas.
Dishwasher was missing wheels for lower rack, but hopefully that gets fixed.

Good but not great
Check in process was great. Sheets and towels were provided and clean. Couches were uncomfortable and we expected to sleep two if more than 8 people were staying in the house. The kitchen had ants, which were not pleasant but not the end of the world. Overall, I would stay again.

Read a review from fall of 2018 saying front storm door latch was broken. Well it is still broken and it doesn't latch. Light in Master Bath didn't work. Faucet in extra bath ran continuously, kitchen disposal didn't work when we got there, kitchen faucet could only spray water because the mechanism was broken. Ants began crawling around the kitchen stove area and the two upstairs bathroom. Manager sent over person to spray, he only sprayed in front of stove and a couple other spots then handed us the bottle for us to use. My wife found ants in the microwave one time when she was heating up some leftovers. The real kick in the butt however was our instructions to take their trash container to the street for pickup by the city and the requirement that we not only strip the beds before we left but start a load in the clothe's washer as well, even though we were charged a cleaning fee already. One rents places like this to avoid such tasks - it was any eye opener for us first time VRBOers. Finally the baseboards all around the house and some other areas looked grungy and either need to be cleaned every well or better yet painted because it doesn't look like they've been painted in many years. Unless they take care of the little things I would not recommend it to others.

This house had plenty of space for our family. The rooms are large and beds are comfortable. The owner’s communication was great as well.

Exceeded expectations !
My group consisted of 11 grown men to see the Packers play the Chiefs at Arrowhead. We trully enjoyed our stay at this house and our trip to KC overall. Walmart 5 minutes away. We cooked breakfast every morning saving a ton and having a great time. The neighborhood is quiet and we even went to the park across the street to play a little ball. My friends all had good reviews of our stay. Management will text me back within minutes if I had any questions I give'em a 10 !!

Worked great for a long weekend!
We stayed here while in town for the Nascar race. 8 of us slept very comfortably. House had everything we needed. Was fairly close to get to race and plenty of restaurants in the area. Would stay again!

Central to everywhere we wanted to be. This wonderful home allowed all of us to be together on a quite visit to KC. Great alternative to a hotel room!

Bachelorette Weekend
This home in Overland Park had plenty of space for 15 visitors to eat, drink, play games, and sleep comfortably (including space to for air mattresses). The owner even allowed us to check in a little early! Unfortunately, there was no "welcome book," and the home's security alarm sounded throughout the night with the owner unsure of how to disarm it. Communication with the owner went well before the stay but took longer than expected during our stay to respond with problem-solving tips. Cars and compact SUVs fit in the garage, and the very steep driveway can fit four vehicles. (Back-in if you have a trunk full of stuff that could fall out.) Overall, a good house for a bachelorette weekend that was a convenient 20 minute Uber to downtown KCMO.

Beautiful home. The house was very clean and comfortable. The host was kind, easy to reach, and very accommodating. We held a bridal shower there and received many compliments on the house itself and the ease of the location. I would definitely stay at this home again, and highly recommend it!

Good place for the price.
If you looking for a high end property this is not the place. If you looking for a decent house at a good price then this works. The only advise I would give is for the home owner to leave the spices people buy. Sounds wired but part of the reason I normally stay at a home is the ability to cook my own food. A lot of the vbro homes I use leave the spices people buy over time. I know a small thing. It's a little thing that doesn't cost the owner anything (people by over time and leave) and I don't have to go out and buy a bunch of spices.

Needs a little TLC
This house has lots of room in an interesting configuration and a quiet neighborhood with easy access. We had room for our group of 10, including two babies. The kitchen was equipped with modern appliances. There were a few issues, however. One shower water pressure was low, and the drain leaked into the laundry room below. The storm door latch was missing. With a little TLC, this property could be even better.

Very nice and quiet
Very nice older home in a quite area. The house was close to everything we needed to do. Had a wonderful time. The owner was very easy to work with and prompt to respond to your email. Would recommend.

Not wonderful, not terrible
You get what you pay for. Here are the good things:
- good price
- ok neighborhood with a park and a school right across the street
- easy access to highways, grocery stores
- I liked the layout of the house
Now the bad:
- the house just needs a good deep cleaning. It’s all faux-wood floors, which looked (and felt) dirty.
- water pressure is nonexistent
- beds and furniture weren’t very comfortable
- couldn’t get the cable to work
- the handle was falling off the storm door
- not a lot of extras (one towel for everyone, no extra pillows, kitchen was very minimally stocked)
Overall, it was a very mediocre house.
