The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable, kettle and fridge included, booked 2 rooms and one had a kitchen, Marija was very helpful and waiting for us at the apartment and gave us local information for our stay, would definitely stay again, about 5min walk from the marina, old town, shops and restaurants, highly recommended.

Très bien situé à 5 mn à pied de la vieille ville, dans une rue résidentielle calme. Chambre grand confort. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages et nous balader avant de repartir pour l'aéroport (bus 37 à 10mn). Je vous recommande.

Excellent location 5 mins walk from the old town walls. Beautifully clean and modern. Looked newly refurbished. Plenty of towels there was water beer in the fridge and coffee in the cupboards. The host met us late in the evening and spent time asking us what our plans were and explaining our routes on the map. Very quiet but felt safe at night 😀

Room is very clean and comfortable. Our hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Air conditioning was very much appreciated.

Location is slightly off the beaten track but still within walking distance of town. If we had been aware of the local area, we would have most likely not stayed here but we did have a pleasant stay otherwise.

Close to the centre of Split and easily walkable to everything we wanted to see. Lovely air conditioning in the summer heat with a well equipped kitchen to cook in. Quiet at night. Our host was also very responsive and helpful!

Location was perfect, few minutes walk from everything but in the quiet part. The size of the room is good and well equipped.

The room we were placed in was next to the main door of the building so we heard constant opening and closing at all hours of the evening/early morning.

Room looked very nice. Facilities where modern and the bed was comfortable. Good pillows. Restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket close by.

A little far from the center, which was a bigger problem than it was because of the heat wave.

Appartment compact and met our needs. Host very welcoming and extended our check out time and offered left luggage facility.

A large, simply furnished, bedroom and bathroom in a quiet, residential street just north of Split old town (Diocletian's Palace). We were met at the apartment by the friendly host and allowed to check in early. The apartment block is old and somewhat shabby but the rooms on the ground floor here are modern and clean. No frills (little choice of tea and no coffee, although the host did go to the local supermarket to get us coffee which was a lovely thing to do) but perfectly acceptable for a one or two night stay.

More choice of tea and coffee would be good.

The kitchen could have had a toaster and we were provided a lot of tea but no coffee. The bathroom is very tight but it didn't affect the enjoyment of our stay

modern and small room including bathroom and really close to the city Center. really nice Host, she even found us a free parking space. really quiet location with a little garden and orange tree infront of the room. I would definitely recommend staying there during your time in split.

Short walk from apartment to old town, supermarkets, bakeries etc. Also a short walk to main bus station and ferry. Our room is small but clean. The host Marija was very nice and helpful.

We had amazing weekend and our choice of room could not have been better to ensure we enjoyed every minute of it. Staff extremely helpful and friendly.Good value for money.

All was first class.

Location is 3 min walk to Old Town, 5 min from bus 37 station, and 10 min from airport shuttle bus. The owner is very accommodating. The cleaning lady came to tidy up regularly. We even got late check out until 13.30. The room is spacious and the bathroom is modern.

I like everything.
