The pictures are completely misleading. the room we had was barely big enough to a full size bed. Attached is a picture of our actual accommodation. There was no indication on the reservation page that there were different rooms. It was dirty. There was still poop under the toilet seat which I had to show the owner, the sink was dirty, and there was a buildup of dust and dirt across the floor from at least a couple of weeks. The street noise from the road was disruptive. It is on an up hill stretch from the only grocery store in town. There is no mention of needing to bring linens on the property page- only a small note in the confirmation email that we missed. the sheets were the cheapest, crunchiest plastic sheets we experience in Norway. Fortunately, the owner waved the 240 NOK charge for them.

Quiet location, even though it was close to the main road. Easy to make trips to Ryfylke and Hardanger. Fairly well equipped kitchen.

Some of the windows had no curtains or curtains that did not cover completely, even the bathroom windows. I'm uncomfortable with that. The main door had a big window that it was not possible to see through, but the sun shone through an woke me up early.

Very well located, comfy cabin, good facilities. We had a great stay overall.

We hadn’t understood the bed linen / towels were to be rented (200NOK) but the owner was very quick to come help.

The location is good but the cabin layout could have been planned better. It was one house split into 3 cabins. The one we stayed had the smallest double bed (approx 120cm) at the corner with only less than one meter space at one side and the toilet door is there right next to the bed. The wall mounted folding table is in this tight space next to the bed so there was not much space to move around. The mattress was too hard, especially for someone who had old back/hip injury, I could not sleep well and had pain on my back the whole night. It would also have been better if there were a couple of coffee-cups and bit of cutleries.

Fantastic in every way: great communication with host and really comfortable cosy accommodation within walking distance of the shop and close reach of the skiing areas. The entrance porch is convenient for storing ski clothing etc. and contains the fridge/freezer (which avoids any potential electrical buzzing noises being an issue in the bedroom). It was useful to have the kettle for making hot drinks. Also, the private car park (right beside the buildings) was regularly cleared of snow to avoid any issues in the morning.

A cooker would have been a nice addition, but it clearly was stated that this apartment didn't have one.
