The room was clean, tidy, it had a filter for coffee, it is a place without noise, very close to the city center if you do not want to spend with a taxi! this is your place

The kitchen is extremely dirty. The oven and the dish washer are both dirty and require deep cleaning. The rubber sealing of the shower door needs to be fixed.

Everything in the apartment was clean and the location was good.

It was indicated that the hotel had parking space, but that turned out not to be true. Also the size of the apartment, was for sure max 30 square meter instead if the indicated 35.

Easy access with a door code, able to get in slightly early. Adequate kitchen facilities. Close to bus station, about 10mins from town centre. There is a lift for luggage.

Booked a twin room but the beds were set up as a double. Blind in room was damaged and room was very hot

A comfy tiny apartment with a washing machine, kitchen (with a dishwasher!) and even an extremely fluffy, cute and friendly cat neighbour 😊🐱

There were a lot of flies in the apartment, it was very annoying. There wasn't a blind on the window in main area, so no privacy. Even though it was great to have a dishwasher, it could've been nice to also have a dish soap and paper towels. The washing machine is also a dryer, but no matter how much cycles of drying we tried, our clothes were still very much wet.. luckily there was a laundry hanger we could use to hang dry everything. Lastly, there aren't sockets near the bed.

Parties held by rooms next door with trash left around the 1st floor the next morning. A/C is not cold at all, even at maximum ventilation Staff unhelpful - contacted them via email to get help regarding the A/C. Was not able to get any further assistance after receiving 1 email response from them despite sending multiple emails to get more help. Tried to call and they were unwilling to help by coming down or providing more instructions.

I learn that the housing hotel is an private area which included many flats together. We had many neighbors because it's a peak season. The flat we booked is not big, but with everything we need. We could call the customer service if the flat is lack of something. They would send us the other day when the cleaning lady came. Since there is no reception on site, the neighbors (like a community) had party & drank & smoke in the common area until 3:00am. I think it just because the weather was very very nice (I heard that it's rare in Norway) We're happy for them, but we just couldn't sleep with the noise & smell. But the other nights rained, it's silent.

The flat is good. It's clean & has all we need, & it's easy to reach to the Central Station too. However, it's like located in a mid mountain. We need to carry the luggage to go up to the flat. So, backpacker is good for this hotel, or simply take the taxi when checking in in the 1st day. I couldn't find any public transport which could skip the sloping road. Second, although the flat we booked is on the 2nd floor, it's not so good to open the window when sleeping due to the security reason. People is able to climb up to the room. So, we felt a bit hot at night.
