The location was great, check in was easy and the apartment was mostly as pictured.

The bathrooms had mold, peeling paint and were not properly clean. The drain of the downstairs shower was clogged. Not a great apartment for little kids -- one bed in the loft was against the railing over the living room and there are stairs everywhere.

A geat help also if something looks hard to organize changes in time. Rooms OK no noise from traffic, very very fair compensation at all.

I started this journey in a very pleasant way! the room is spacious, beautiful, clean, has all the benefits a family needs, nice, kichen, two bathrooms, refrigerator, even a small baby cot that we didn't use, but we noticed it! the staff was more than kind, they always asked us if everything was fine and that they were at our disposal for any questions... the bed was very comfortable, close to the Old City... perfectly effective!! thank you friends for staying!!

The location was amazing! Just steps away from the Jaffa Gate and many restaurants. It was very walkable. The lofted space made it feel spacious.

There was very little hot water. Even when we turned on the water heater, we only had a couple minutes of hot water. During this summer this is ok, but it was cold outside.

Noisy, shower hose broken, too expensive

The location is 11/10. Beds were comfortable, fold out sofa was large enough, and espresso machine was nice. parking under the Mamila shopping center was super convenient, and at 48 NIS per day an unbelievable bargain. There was enough space to hang clothes, and Lots of hot water.

bathroom was a little complicated, water got everywhere and it was difficult to clean up

Perfect location in the Centre of everything. Walking distance from Jaffa street, the market and the Old city is literally a stone through away. Appartment was beautiful.

Very noisy as they were doing construction. Luckily it is only temporary. Would have been nice getting a change of towels during our stay.

The location was perfect. Host most helpful, especially when digital door lock failed and when the shower drain overflowed into apartment. He also organised an excellent taxi to airport.

The shower drain does need attention, we had to clear it out a few times. Bathroom fan needs cleaning. Floor under double bed dusty.

the sheets were very poor quality and seemed old and rough and made the bed uncomfortable. Also there was no shampoo.

amazingly convenient. there’s a small path that led to the Jaffa Gate of the old city, about 5 stroll. parking across the street or in the Mamilla Parking (like 60 shekels for a day but every time you drive out you’ll have to pay again). if you park in the Mamilla Parking, park on 2/F there’s a door that exit to the outdoor stairs of the mall, where you walk up, turn left and that’s the path to the property. the beautiful building. high ceiling. fully equipped kitchenette (altho we didn’t use) king size bed cleaner Muslim lady Susan is gentle, sweet & kind we had Apartment #2 which was on the ground level which makes moving luggages easy. otherwise it’s a walk up

only 1 lighting structure so once you turn off the lights you walk in the dark to your bed. no shower door so after shower the floor is flooded no hook for towels two more pillows would make it better (now only 2)

Location is great with Access to Old City and the Mamilla Shopping Mall.
