Apartament w pięknej kamienicy, wysokie sufity, mieliśmy duży taras z leżakami. Czysto. Aneks kuchenny wystarczył do przygotowania śniadania. Blisko dworca, plaży i wielu restauracji. Na pewno wrócimy. Polecam w 100%.

Sehr gute Lage zum Strand und Innenstadt

Sehr schlecht ausgestattete Küche, Pfannen unbrauchbar, keine Gläser, Schüsseln,.... Der kleine Balkon konnte nicht benutzwerden, da trotz Aufforderung dieser und die Möbel nicht gereinigt wurden. In den letzten 3 Tagen war das Appartment nicht nutzbar, da unerträglicher Baulärm vom angebauten Nachbarhaus kam. Wir wurden vorher nicht über den zu erwartenden Baulärm informiert, obwohl es für den Vermieter bekannt war. Kein Entgegenkommen vom Vermieter. Schade, da die Wohnung sonst recht gut gewesen wäre.

Located very close to the beach, park and the train station. Check in was straightforward. Apartment was extremely clean and impressive - with a high standard of living and design.

There was nothing we didn’t like - and it is close to being perfect - but little things like a kettle, an outside clothes line and a mat for the bathroom floor would have made the stay more practical. The outside space could do with some improvement.

Il bagno un po' piccolo. Finestra di una camera purtroppo non essendo nuova non è insonorizzata. Per il resto tutto bene.

Mancanza di kit di benvenuto (assenza di cialde per il caffè, assenza di un bollitore, assenza di eventuale the/tisane). Divano un po’ improvvisato senza cuscini.

The appartement was spacious, modern and clean. All what is required was there and the airconditioning did function very well, which is very welcome with outside temperatures of 35C. The location is just outside the tourist area's and with a 10 minutes walk you're in the center of activities of Viareggio.

The apartment was very beautiful and minimalistic with nice design details, and even a spa bath. It was very clean and cozy. Very nice location, next to a park and close to the beach. Easy check-in and communication with the owner. We loved staying here and will be back!

Windows are not very noise-proof, we were on the ground floor so we could hear noise from the street. Overall the street is quiet so wasn’t a problem for us.
