We are a family of 4 who came for spring break vacation. This property is beautiful and was the perfect place for us! We loved the beach views and pools! The location close to San Jose is great! We will be back!! Thank you!!

Great experience, loved the condo. La Jolla has a beautifully maintained pool area and beach. Easy walk to restaurants and grocery store. We had a breathtaking view of the sunrise every morning and full moon on the water during our stay. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had all the basics we needed. Super quiet, relaxing place to get away from crowds for a peaceful vacation. Property manager, Andres was quick to respond. We had a private driver take us to the Cabo marina for a day of Marlin fishing and also to nearby Chileno beach were the water is much calmer for swimming and snorkeling. Covid tests to return home at PRMedica in Fresko were $30/each with printed/emailed results in 20 minutes. Thank you Brad and Jahyme, we hope to return!

Property was great! The property manager was quick to respond and took care of our concerns. The pool was heated and the grounds were well kept! We truly enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets in the patio. The grill in the balcony was convenient. Our youngest daughter slept in the L shape couch. Only thing is we wish we could swim on the beach across but its too dangerous..Thanks for the stay!

Great spacious 2 bedroom condo, with a fantastic view of the beach and ocean from its private balcony. The property grounds are beautifully kept and the choice between a warm and cool pool was a great treat depending on how warm the day was. Would definitely stay again in the future.

The condo was amazing. Had a small issue when arriving, but the property manager was awesome and took care of the issue immediately. This is our 5th time at this condo complex, and we will be back many more times in the future.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. We loved how it was decorated, the balcony overlooking the sand and ocean, the master bedroom with ocean view and the sliding glass door to the balcony. The master bathroom even had a view to the ocean if you left the door open!! It was so nice to wake up there and come home to after a day of exploring. It was quiet and peaceful to look out to an empty beach. People who live there were friendly and helpful, and so were the security guys on the property. Very nice and we would recommend staying there if visiting San Jose del Cabo.

The property was right on the beach as described. Restaurants and stores are within walking distance. Crossing the highway to catch the bus opposite the property is a bit sketchy but easy enough to catch a ride into town. Pool area was nice and year-round residents were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen could use more cooking utensils for those who enjoy cooking, but is adequate. Staying over New Years was definitely an experience; fireworks were being set off at nearby resorts. Sunsets were beautiful. Fishing charters are numerous and less expensive at the town dock, research costs before you go.

We had a great time. The location was amazing and the grounds were well kept. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

Really nice condo in a quiet area of San Jose. Close to everything, and the view was amazing.

We went another couple and the condo was perfect for 2 couples. The attached bathrooms to both bedrooms as well as the king size beds was very nice. Having ocean views for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening was incredible. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a amazing stay at the property. What a view! The property manager was always quick to reply to any questions and the HOA staff were wonderful. The property is a wonderful location close some amazing treasures, and not over populated on the beach. We will definitely return.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this condo in April 2018. Perfect location with beach views from the deck off of the living room and the bedroom. Very laid back vibe as opposed to the party scenario in Cabo. We decided not to rent a car and got around very well with taxis and the bus system. The neighbor was very friendly and helpful with some of the questions about our location. The entire complex was well manicured and clean. We loved lounging and swimming at the pool as we were warned about the strong surf crashing on the beach. Lots of great restaurants close by but also enjoyed making our own fish and seafood on the bbq. We would definitely consider staying here in the future.

The property was beautiful and peaceful. It was surrounded of very nice and polite people in the numerous of condos. Pool is heated when ever needed and cool when ever hot. Very small but awesome detail. Thank you for having this great place to stay at.

Condo was just what we wanted. Perfect for 2 couples. Pools and beach were very nice. Walking distance to a number of restaurants. Andres, the manager, was very responsive to our requests. Mucho gracias.

Super location close to San Jose Del Cabo, numerous places to eat and watering holes close by along with market- would return for sure-beach is great for swimming, sunning, and sunset walks-

The second floor apartment has nothing but beach and ocean in front of it. The porch facing the ocean hosted our breakfasts and evening reflections on the days activitoes. The apartment was well equipped including two boogie boards which were great fun to ride invthe surf. The pool was lovely as was the grounds. Everyone helped make this a great family vacation.

Picture this - waking up to the rhythmic drumming of the waves meeting the beach. Having morning coffee over a view that puts post-cards to shame. This condo had everything we needed. 2 couples comfortably reside in this spacious 2 bedroom-suite unit, within this quiet complex. Easy beach access, 2 pools and short walks to small convenient stores, liquor stores and drug stores. Its just a short drive or taxi ride to the large grocery and convenience store as well. This condo is about a 5-10 minute drive to downtown San Jose, and 20 minutes to downtown Cabo. I would absolutely stay here again, and have recommended it to my family who visits San Jose annually. Brad the owner and Andres the property manager were easy to communicate with and quickly responded to my emails and inquiries. Great Experience!!

Brad's place was excellent! Clean, spacious, well-equipped with kitchen and recreational items. Right on the beach, with great views, and you can listen to the ocean all night. The condo complex is very well kept and the neighbors very friendly and nice. We had no difficulties at all when we were there! San Jose Del Cabo is a lovely alternative to the craziness at Cabo San Lucas. I will be calling on Brad right away the next time we visit San Jose. I would recommend Brad's condo to anyone who wants to stay in San Jose, except of course if you want to stay there at the same time I do!

We had a great week. The condo is perfect for watching the sunrise. Very clean and large enough for the four of us. Once we figured out the taxis and bus schedules, we were able to plan our stay even better. The neighbor, Cathy, was also a great help! We swam with the dolphins at the Discovery Center - well worth it! Also went into Cabot for the day - sunset cruise was lots of fun. Ate locally at The District, Seven Seas, Guacamayos, and Zippers! All good!! Enjoy!

Brad's unit had everything we needed

What a wonderful time we had in San Jose del Cabo at this property. Everything was clean and very comfortable - great place to relax. I tried as hard as I could to sleep in but every morning I had to pop out of bed take my coffee to the balcony or to the beach and watch the sunrise. Such a treat! The grounds at Bel Air are impeccable! Pools are great! The people were all so friendly. I just couldn't believe how quiet the beach was and how pretty - it was wonderful. This was our first trip to the Baja - we will be coming back just loved it! Thank you for allowing us to share your piece of paradise! Linda and Michael - Colorado Springs, CO

This unit has a gorgeous view of the ocean. There were some issues that need to be addressed... a non-functional gas grill, lack of kitchen gadgets, but overall it is a very nice condo and I would stay there again ( as long as the grill has been replaced)

Brad responded quickly to inquiries and his calendar was up to date. When the time came for our visit, Andres, the property manager, contacted me by e-mail with access info and directions from the airport. This nuts and bolts part of the process was well organized. We had 4 adults and 2 kids for the week. The separate master suite bedrooms for us and my son and his wife were very nice. The nine year old grand daughters slept on the sectional couch and had plenty of room. The girls loved the warm salt water pool and the area around the pool was family friendly. We loved being right on the beach with the second floor patio/veranda having a great view. We were able to take many walks on the beach which was never crowded. The girls could play at the water's edge, but the surf was too rough for swimming. The rental was well-equipped for cooking dinners at home. The Mega store is very close and had everything we needed. A family came to the parking lot on Tuesday with fresh seafood in ice chests. We bought some of the best shrimp we've ever had. We rented a car and were able to get to San Jose del Cabo Centro easily. We drove to Cabo San Lucas, then Todos Santos and Cerritos Beach, which was great for body surfing, for a day trip. Brad had body boards available for us to take along. Our son's family drove to La Paz one day to kayak and swim with seals. That was a longer trip, but they felt very safe on the highway. This is a great spot for a relaxing vacation. The next door neighbor gave us excellent advice for restaurants and was very helpful in getting us acquainted with the area. We would absolutely stay here again!
