House was in fantastic shape. beds were very comfortable and the house just like the pics. could use a few more cooking pans but we made them work.. Great place to stay

Ease of check in and check out was wonderful. Abundance of information regarding policies was very helpful. Every possible question was answered before we even had to ask. Extremely clean property. Basics provided were extremely helpful until we were able to shop(paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry pods) Very nice supply of bath towels.

Booked this home because it was rated well for cleanliness in the location we needed as we were traveling with toddlers. Really disappointed...the tile floors were sticky dirty and the carpets were dirty. The couches were sticky as well. The kitchen hadn't been properly cleaned..dishwasher stopped mid cycle, dirty dish in cabinet, fridge wiped down with dirty rag leaving gray streaks. The home lacked some minor maintenance. Notified the manager who offered to rectify the situation but we didn't want a cleaning crew in while we were there. It should've been done right the first time.

The property was nice and very spacious for a family of 8. The rooms are large and entertaining for kids 12 thru 17. The property owners are very responsive. My only issue was we needed more pots to cook in for Christmas. I shared this information with the property owners. They are great listeners so I am sure they will take this in consideration as more people booked them for the holidays. Overall, I will definitely book them again.

We had an amazing weekend celebrating our daughters 19th birthday at this beautiful house. The house is spacious, clean, modern, lots of different spaces to hang out. Scott was amazing with communication. We had instructions. For checking and check out that made the process flawless. Thank you for all the assistance in making this weekend a memorable one.

The entire house was well thought out and was furnished with everything we needed. The only negative was the lazy river etc was just to crowded for us but we had our own pool of course and just relaxing after a long day was perfect. Would highly recommend!

Made our trip so much better
Our family was celebrating our daughter who was returning home after being deployed. We wanted to celebrate her return AND her birthday. Scott, our host, made recommendations for us and accommodated us getting a decorator in. Even in the tight schedule between check out and check in. We were sooooo pleased with the house, the amenities and Scott’s responsiveness to any of our requests. The house is gorgeous and the layout was perfect for our group. I can say enough about the storey lake community, the house, and Scott, made our vacation so much better! We will never stay at a hotel in Orlando again.

Great Family Getaway
The house was described accurately. The host was extremely hospitable and responded to messages promptly.
The house was accommodating for 3 small families. The kids lived in the pool and enjoyed the waterpark. The weather got chilly on us so, having the pool heated was a great investment.
In the evenings, the kid's playroom was perfect for them to retreat to away from the adults.
I would definitely stay at this house again.

House was clean and well furnished. Beds were very comfortable. Great location and amenities. Having the pool and hot tub was so nice, especially after walking around parks. Publix and Target nearby. Highly recommend.

Awesome house for 3 smaller families. Everything was so accommodating and as we needed to feel at home for our relaxing days. Communicating with Scott the property manager was super easy. Great furniture and appliances.

Don’t forget anything!
They do not have a good plan in place if you leave an article in the home. In our case, they simply trashed it. My fiancé left two very sentimental (and over 30 years old) stuffed animals in the master bedroom upstairs on the day we left. We realized it that evening and I notified the manager. He was quick to respond for the next 24 hours. The cleaning company claims they never saw it. Impossible. As sentimental as stuffed animals are (especially older ones) I am shocked that anyone would just trash them when they find them in a rental property. Is there no “lost and found”? Because we would’ve paid a hefty bounty to get those things back. I realize this isn’t the homeowners fault but there should be a system in place for recovering lost articles. We are very disappointed in the cleaning company. But ultimately this reflects on the owner.

Beautiful Home, Attentive Hosts
This was the nicest home we have ever stayed in. The decor was so pretty and it felt very new. The hot tub is bigger than most in Florida. Pool was lovely, we paid extra for heat and it was worth it. The bedrooms are all large and beautiful. Everything was clean and exactly what we needed. The owners were able to provide a high chair and pack and play. The upstairs den was a great little area to hang out. And the living room had plenty of seating downstairs. And TVs in all the bedrooms in case you want to watch something different. Close to Disney and Universal. Publix grocery store 5 min away. Hosts could not have been nicer! Five stars out of five.
