Location is good and near SM and bus terminal.

the aircondition is not cold enough, may be because room is big.

Good size room, great location.. the security was very polite and helpful!

Very disappointed.. hot shower did not work despite adversing it, and the tv screen was totally broken. We did tell staff however nothing was done, they looked at us and walked away, and this was there most expensive suite room.. sorry guys but it was so bad and not clean. It’s a shame because i had high hopes, hopefully you fix those things and i can one day stay again!

It wasn't terrible but for the price comparing other places nearby it wasn't great. For starters, the water pressure of the shower was ridiculous. Took ages to shower off soap and shampoo. The fire alarm in our room kept beeping (flat battery), so after calling front desk, they came up and removed the alarm all together as they didn't know how to fix it. But I don't know where they left it because throughout the night we kept hearing the beep.
