Really loved the hotel, it is in excellent location and hotel staff is very helpful. Especially Irina at reception very nice ans friendly, she helped us a lot and answered our questions. Rooms are perfect, with balcony and provided with latest technology. I will recommend all my friends coming to Budva to stay here.

I would like breakfast to be improved a bit, there are some selection of food, but quality is low.

This is first hotel I booked they let you pay if you consume the tea bags or coffee that already inside the room. If you are coming for leasure you will suffer from the hotel rules. They will not clean room if you did not wake up and leave your room before 12pm. 12.01 they will not clean it. Also if breakfast time until 11 am. If you arrived 11.01 they will not gave you even croissant. If you arrive at night after 11pm you will not find anyone open the hotel door for you. If you ask 1 hour for late check out absolutely they will refuse😂. Welcome to the military academy. They are not flexible with thier guesta at all. Bye the way the location of the hotel far from Budva center. This are more quite than the city center.

One of the best Hotels ever. Extremely clean, modern, with fine taste furnished, super comfortable Beds and pillows and the Sea view from the balcony was FABULOUS. Staff was very friendly und helpfull too. We highly recommend Hotel Zeta.

Everything was perfect! Perfect location, amazing view, the staff were kind and they always were ready to help in everything we asked for. The breakfast is good enough. The room was clean and so comfortable. I recommend this hotel for everyone who looking for an amazing vacation.

It was a nice and comfy room. Just the balcony wasnt cleaned (ashtray). Otherwise all great. Staff was very nice and the breakfast great but dont take the sausage. Otherwise all good and you can choose all kimds of things from the breakfast menu

The location isnt great. Need to drive everywhere to do anything. So the small streets to the hotel and the insecure, concrete parking lot after all those really tiny roads wasnt ideal. About ten minutes walk from the hotel and extremely slippery. Be careful with normal shoes.

Lovely staff and a good location with restaurants and the sea just steps away. I used the spa and had some treatments which were very good and great value. The staff were incredibly helpful with all of my questions and the overall service was excellent. A very good experience.

While the location was very good, it was quite a distance from the main town, depending on what you're looking for this could be good or bad.

Very modern and well decorated. The food in the restaurant was excellent.
