Very spacious, clean and pleasant. Has all necessary amenities. Perfect central location very close to the beach and main promenade. Great value for money. Multilingual hosts were very friendly and welcoming, sharing lots of useful tips for sightseeing. We are looking forward to be back. Excellent stay experience.

Very friendly homeowner, who was very friendly and speaks very well German and English besides of native French.
He was very flexible for pre deposit of our luggage.

Philiippe was the best host so friendly went above and beyond picked us up and drove us ro the station so nice and warm lovely man if.goi.g to nice we will be back. Apartment had everything and loved the balcony to sit out it was very French but modern at the same time absolutely perfect 🥰
It was a little further then we thought we walked a lot I would suggest getting 10 bus pass but other than that no complaints x

Phillip and Marietta is very warm, kind and helpful family. If someday we will going to visit Nice, we definitely stay here again. House is located in briad center area of the city and gas very convenient approach to seaside and all histoi places there.

Our host Philippe was very kind and provided valuable info during our stay. Location is great, not far from the city center. Onstreet parking is free 24/7. If you are late at night it is possible not to find parking spot immediately, but if you call the host he will give you advise for the nearest spot. The quarter is safe and full with restaurants and grocery shops. Regarding the property, you receive very nice 2 bedroom apartment with living room, kitchen and nice balcony. You will find everything to feel at home. Best value for the money. Check in was very easy, and also not problem at all when we checked out.
