Wonderful location just up from the seafront and a lovely villa with great gardens and a fabulous pool which the kids hardly left.. a super relaxing holiday.

We spent a great week in this beautiful house. The house is well equiped and well maintained. Everything works well and it was all really clean. The contact person is great and sent us messages in advance to keep us posted. It was great to arrive and have everything taking care of. We had a small problem with the swimmingpool during our stay and they came by immediatly. For this price, we can only recommand this accommodation 100%! Tip: rent an electrical bike. It s the best way to explore Nice!

Beautiful spaceous villa in smart area of Nice. Excellent pool and garden. Plenty of sun loungers and sun umbrellas.

WiFi is slow and weak. If every member of the family is on their phone or laptop, then it's almost non-existant. You will need a car (taxis in Nice are very expensive).....the villa is some way from Nice centre (it took our boys 40 minutes to walk down the windy roads down to the nearest shops and bars.). There are no local shops you can walk to to buy bread and milk etc. The nearest supermarket was a 12 minutes drive away (traffic dependent).

Beautiful villa perfect for 3 couples. All bedrooms were clean and spacious with access to outdoor space. There were sunloungers provided for 5 people but we were given an extra deck chair to accommodate the 6 of us. Great cooking facilities and hosts.

One of the showers doesn't have much power which made it difficult to use. However this was easily solved by sharing the other showers.

We had a fantastic 2 week holiday at the villa. The villa is immaculately clean, spacious and ideal for large groups of people- we were a party of 8. The outside area is fabulous, we made good use of the large garden which included: a dining table, seating area, sun loungers, a good size pool along with a magnificent view of the surrounding areas and the sea. Although a car was recommended, we managed to travel using public transport- the bus to the train station stops right outside the villa and buses run regularly and cheaply throughout the day, however stop at around 8pm. The nearest shop was just a few stops away (5 mins) on the bus. The hosts, Nas and Ben , were extremely helpful before and during our stay- nothing was too much trouble for them. We highly recommend this villa and would definitely stay again!
