The rental was just what we needed. We didn’t spend much time at the house as we were out most of the day exploring the beautiful scenery. The house had plenty of room and was very well equipped. Plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. There was a grocery store nearby so that made it nice. Also places to eat close by if you weren’t planning to cook. Would stay here again!

We had a great stay and would highly recommend this home. Location was great and was large enough to spread out. The house is well equipped and has nice Mountain Views. Don and Colleen are great hosts.

The home was everything we wanted plus more. Cozy, comfortable, and accommodating. The view was perfect and the location is prime. I would absolutely stay here again and again!

Easy rental process. Perfect size and location for our family.

The condo was exactly as described and pictured. There was plenty of room for all family members. The village was close to all things in the center of Lincoln and only about 45 minutes to an hour from Conway. Our family had a very enjoyable stay. Hosts Don and Colleen answered any questions we had and were prompt in their response back to our text messages. We will definitely keep this in mind when we return.

The condo was 3 stories so enough space for the family to spread out. The pantry is well stocked with the essentials. The kids loved the amenities (arcade, pool) on the property and all the fun activities in Lincoln. Highly recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It is spacious and well stocked! It was nice having a dryer to be able to dry wet bathing suits and towels. The clubhouse is perfect with indoor and out door pools. Only wish is that they were open later as they close at 7:00 and some of the older teens would have liked to swim later. Overall it was a great vacation!

The home was amazing. We were a party of 9 and everyone had a bed. There are 2 kitchens fully stocked with everything. There also were fans in every room. We didn't have sweltering heat but they did provide wonderfully. 3 bathrooms and laundry. We absolutely loved this home and would definitely will return

Our family of seven adults enjoyed our stay. Plenty of bedrooms and room to move around. I bet during the winter it is perfect for skiers as it is set up as a ski lodge type condo. We were there on a hot early summer weekend. Upstairs bedrooms were hot with no airflow. We thought the condo is in a great central location for our hiking adventures and we would stay there again.

Traveled to Lincoln for a stay so my large family could travel to Storyland. This house was a perfict fit for our large group and had we been staying longer we would have enjoyed the resort amenities at our disposal. House was well outfitted and had everything we needed. Also very close to Woodstock Inn Brewery, one of our favorites!

We are very thankful to have spent time at this home! It is very well kept, has tons of space, and an unbelievable view. The owners are very gracious with their communication. Everything was well stocked and we needed nothing. A million thanks for sharing your home.

We had a great time with our almost 2 year old daughter, and all her grandparents. With 3 bathrooms, we all had our own space but still had plenty of room together too. The three levels was tough with the toddler to no fault other than our own haha, but we made it work as the owners answered all the questions I had so quickly before booking. The pools were a short walk from the building and we had a wonderful experience there other than everything being a maze! We did not receive much instruction for linens, etc so we just cleaned up the best we could and out them in a basket on the main level as I didn't ask beforehand. The first night it snowed when we arrived and I had my husband grilling in the snow. Everything worked in the house that we used. The only downside was the floor is very squeaky and creaky, so keep in mind for others sleeping or noise. Otherwise it was wonderful and we thank the owners for offering their place to us for our much needed mini vacation!

We loved this rental. It was so close to Loon and local downtown Lincoln. We were able to go to the grocery store which was 5 min down the road. Along with a lot of good restaurants. The shuttle was great and picked us up right outside the condo for skiing at Loon. We used the pool at the condo facility. We didn’t have to reserve times which was nice. It was mostly our group at the pool, and one day there was one other family. We wished that the hot tubs were open but they’re still closed. The condo unit had everything we needed, pots, pans, baking sheets, coffee pot etc. It was also great having a lot of towels and blankets. The beds were also very comfortable. The only thing I would say is the loft room was great for the kids but few skinny narrow stairs would be a little more difficult for some people. Overall we were highly satisfied with this rental and will definitely rent again when going to Loon!

the whole experience was a pleasure

This was such a great unit for our group. Three separate families. The two kitchens worked well, as did the separate living rooms. Main space in larger unit was great for large dinners. And the views! Wow. Beds were comfortable, unit well stocked with cleaning items, towels, etc. Even the TVs worked correctly. Firewood was dry, and all of these items lead to a wonderful weekend. Thank you Don!! We will be back.

The townhouse was a comfortable fit for our group of 9. We’ve loved Village of Loon for years. We made good use of the pool and enjoyed road trips for hiking and eating and dipping in rivers. The townhouse was well stocked. Very happy.

We stayed here with another family. Super easy to catch the shuttle to the mountain which stops at the front door. Kids loved the indoor pool complete with basketball hoops. Condo was spacious and gave us all room to spread out. Fireplace was cozy and kitchen was incredibly well equip which made cooking in simple. Don was very responsive and gave us all the info we needed.

Don and Colleen are very responsive to my questions. They are most gracious and friendly. The three grand children love skiing at Loon. They would like to have more space to play board games with the adults after skiing. There were plenty towels, sheets, paper products. Did not have to worry to get any daily essentials. There were enough plates, bowls, silverware, pots and pans for our family of 11. Thank you Don and Colleen for allowing us to stay.

The property was perfect for our family! Lots of bedrooms and a second living space that the kids took over, worked out great. The TVs in every room was an added bonus when kids needed some down time. The family really enjoyed the pool club. The home was stocked with everything we could have needed, especially lots of towels. The cleanliness was 5 stars. Would definitely stay again!!

Had a great time

Just got back from a week at this property. We can’t say enough great things about the house. It provided enough space for our group of 10 and then some. The house was well stocked and in great shape. I’d highly recommend the property and we look forward to staying again.

This is a fantastic property, very clean and well organized. We were eight adults in our extended family and were very comfortable. Don and Colleen were very helpful. Franconia Notch in White Mountain is a short car ride away and our whole experience using the property was wonderful. I would strongly endorse this property! Sorry about the delay in the review; just got back home from my summer travels!!
