The property is in an amazing location to access the Acropolis. It feels quite safe and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We loved the location. The apartment is clean and well-equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable, and you have a little kitchen and little sitting area with TV. We found the set up to be perfect for ourselves and our teenage son (could have two kids in the 2nd room which has two twin beds). Breakfast was simple stocked food in the kitchen - eggs, bread, ham and cheese and juice for us to make on our own.

I would not call this apartment "luxury" by any means, it's basic, but lovely and simple and in such a great location.

Perfect place. Food store - 1 min, metro - 2 min. Acropolis - 10 min, Monastiraki (all pubs) - 30 minutes by a main pedestrian road full of good places and pleasure to walk. Location is perfect for all sightseeings. Apartment - cristally clean, very responsive hosts, late check out without any hassle, the terrace is amazing for an early coffee or midnight wine, not noisy, though you are at the very center, very good furniture and kitchen, perfect beds. We recommend it to everybody, just perfect.

Everything was fine and we are very happy. We would recommend having a bottle of wine and a basket of fruit as a welcome greet. We wouldn't mind spending 20-30 euro more, but going the extra mile would make the perfect service an exceptional one. In all cases, we will definitely stay there again when we next visit Athens.

Perfect location at the heart of Athens. Safe neighborhood and building. Lots of restaurants and supermarts 1 min away from the place. Metro station is 1 min away. Annita is a very nice host and super reactive via the Booking app instant message system.

Minor comments: Breakfast was suboptimal (in terms of quality not quantity). Neighborhood was a bit noisy at night (heavy traffic avenue nearby + car alarm beeping several times per night almost each of the 7 nights spent — probably out of bad luck).

The Apartment was well stocked with food and drink. Additionally, there was a store nearby to supplement anything needed. Host was super responsive to our requests/concerns. LOVED the washer. Everything felt like being at home. Highly recommend this apartment. The location was perfect. Near restaurants and more importantly for my wife, next to the Melissinos Art -The Poet Sandal Maker where she bought her sandals.

Excellent location; steps from subway and attractions. Very clean. Well equipped. Very pleasant communication. Even though view is into another building, I loved the balcony. Well equipped kitchen. Good security.

Side effect of central location is noise (cars, motorcycles, etc.). Beds were not comfortable but I have a bad back so I am picky. Shower is leaky and easy to burn yourself with hot water...watch out for the faucet. Walls have peeling paint but nothing horrible.

The apartment is in an amazing location! Everything was within walking distance - metro, grocery, restaurants, and sites. Communication leading up to our stay was great. Someone met us at the location with the key. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location and accommodation!

The staff is very nice, provides its services, gives all the explanations. There is breakfast included, with sufficient material. Our linens were changed mid-week. The location is very good for visiting Athens and the balcony is awesome. very nice apartment

Location is perfect. Nice and spacious. Fresh breads, cheeses and cold meats for breakfast. The host replies to messages almost immediately and was very helpful.

The AC in the living room didn't cool, but we were only booked for 1 night, so it wasnt an issue.

Ideal location! Located at the foot of the Acropolis and the majority of tourist attractions, the apartment is a brilliant place to stay when in Athens! Lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store which is merely steps away! Perfect place for a holiday!

The location of the object. The host was very helpful and answered all our questions. All the rooms has access to the balcony. The rooms were clean and air-conditioned.

Pure breakfast. There was some jam, honey and rusks left for all 4 days in one basket. You need to prepare it for yourself. We bought some bread, ham and veetables in the nearby shop. Tea and coffe, even chocolate is in the apartment. There was no air-conditioning in the kitchen. It was very hot in there. The apartment is for 6 people (there were 5 of us) but only 4 chairs. To be honest only 3 people was able to sit at the table, because there wasn't enough space. There is very little space to park the car, the street is very narrow, our car was scratched.
