Venez profiter de notre maison de vacances spéciale au bord du lac Rotorua.
La maison est une maison rustique et confortable avec quatre chambres et deux salles de bains.
La propriété est dotée d'une clôture sécurisée de 2 mètres de haut tout autour de la cour, ce qui permet aux enfants de courir en toute sécurité sans risque de s'enfuir sur la route ou vers le lac.
Il y a aussi de la place pour garer un bateau et un garage fermé pour un stockage sécurisé.
Faites glisser le kayak par la porte d'entrée sur la réserve et profitez d'une pagaie dans le pittoresque lac Rotorua (un kayak avec des gilets de sauvetage est disponible).
Si vous aimez pêcher, il y a une excellente pêche à la truite au large de la réserve (les engins de pêche doivent être fournis par vous).
La chambre principale a une salle de bains avec toilettes et douche et des portes coulissantes donnant sur le pont arrière où se trouve le spa ou sur le pont avant où vous pouvez voir le lac.

La propriété a une porte qui mène sur une grande réserve publique. La réserve borde le lac Rotorua et peut être utilisée pour tout, du rugby tactile au cricket familial.
Nous sommes à seulement cinq minutes en voiture du centre-ville, mais lorsque vous êtes assis sur le pont avec une boisson fraîche, vous avez vraiment l'impression d'être à des kilomètres!
Les draps et les serviettes standard sont blanchis par des professionnels.

The house has everything you need. The house itself is older but it’s clean and big. Great for families or groups. The view of the lake is magic and there is access to the lake from the property. Although I didn’t use them, there are kayaks available to use, too.
I recommend this property and will stay again.

Very convenient and comfortable stay. The beds are comfy, the house is warm with a fire we enjoyed and electric blankets on the beds. Only 5-10 mins an away from the CBD and local activities. Highly recommend 😊

Very enjoyable stay, warm and clean house. An older style property with very interesting deco. Would love to have had sky sport on the tv as we were all sports made and had to find an alternative.

This home is beautifully situated right next to a lake and with a lovely garden. Quiet and with a very comfortable bed in the Master. Best sheets of our holiday of 6 locations!
We really appreciated being able to bring our dog too.
Only negative would be the tired carpet which is bordering on dangerous where ripped on the stairs into the lounge.

We stayed for the weekend, brought the whole family, dogs included. So cozy enjoyed the hot tube, wood burner and so close to the lake but still close to town,

Great spacious accommodation with plenty of room for 5. Loved the kayaking on the lake and the hot tub. The location was perfect and close to all the main attractions that Rotorua has to offer.

Loved staying here. Loved the spa and being able to walk down to the lake. The carpet is looking very tired but otherwise the house was clean and tidy and had all we wanted. Enjoyed our stay here very much & was great value overall.

Midwinter getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very warm and cosy with plenty of room for all of us. The spa was wonderful as was the fireplace in the lounge. Our 1 year old grandson loved perusing the garden and playing on the lawns both at the front and rear of the property.
The property was conveniently located to all the destinations we headed to.
Overall a lovely extended weekend stay, thank you.

Enjoyed our holiday here for a week. Has everything we needed and any property quirks were promptly resolved by the manager. Close for lake for kayaking, spa for a relaxed end of day, and great BBQ. Air conditioning was very appreciated, and I’m sure the fire would be lovely in the winter. Our group had three adult couples and we found the fridge small but I think if we had one person shopping (not 5!) then we would have been fine

Man what a beautiful home.as soon as we got there we left comfortable and the home had such a homely feeling.the views of the lake and early morning kayaks were to die for.the kids loved the spa and Al the little games/gadgets the house came with.very tidy and accommodating I cannot wait to return very soon.thank you for letting us into your beautiful home we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our experience was that wonderful we are now considering moving to Rotorua so thank you from my family to yours

Main Bathroom could do with a face lift, love the new bed in the spare double awesome!! would come back again and again. The ensuite looks amazing and the shower was really a power shower! :)

The house is great. Just needs some little maintenance for health and safety. A couple of boards on the deck needs replacing. The nails on the deck stick out so need banging in properly, and the sliding doors need safety glass put in. There was no outside light outside the lounge door, and I ended up walking through it as I couldnt see, getting 7 stitchs in my knee, with multipal cuts over my body. Wouldnt of happen if there was safety glass and/or a light outside. A enjoyable holiday though.

Magic spot
Fantastic clean and tidy bach, plenty of space and a great location in a quiet area beside the lake. Had everything we needed and only a 5 min drive to the centre of town so very convenient. Easy to deal with and would stay again. Thanks

the lake and proximinty to the kids attractions (big kids included) was awesome.the use of the kayaks were welcomed on a hot day...as was the BBQ

This was the perfect house for our family weekend. Plenty of space... the WIFI and extra TV in the kids room (with connecting adaptors making it ready for anything) were awesome and the Fireplace and Spa pools were perfect.
