Ocean Village est une communauté fermée avec de nombreuses piscines, courts de tennis, salle de musculation, sauna et un parcours de golf qui le traverse situé sur l'océan. bien maintenu. Magnifique grand bar Tiki situé à la piscine principale avec une grande télévision grand écran pour profiter de votre boisson préférée et de la nourriture pour sportifs. La piscine principale dispose d'un bain à remous avec un bar Tili et un restaurant haut de gamme. Boule de pétanque et boule de cornichon disponibles. Grand marché fermier samedi à Ft Pierce Marina. Doit avoir 25 ans.

We enjoyed being on the golf course and having an easy walk to beach, pool, & restaurant. It was very disappointing when we arrived to see that the main pool was closed (until 2024?)! The unit was comfortable and had most everything we needed. The owner, Maria was very responsive.

Nice condo, all the comforts of home. Very clean, beds comfortable. Everything needed was in the condo. Excellent communicatons from the host. Just a couple minute walk down to the ocean. Nice beach. Pools were nice, although the main pool (by Tiki Bar and restaurant) is closed for renovations. Aruba pool has nice large hot tub. Onsite bar/restaurant was very good. While Ocean Village is a rather large and very active community, very little else in immediate area, which may be a plus or minus depending on your viewpoint.

Great layout of the condo with one bed one bath. Also had another vanity sink outside of bathroom which came in handy. Had a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. Unit was well stock with essentials. Should bring swim shoes for the beach because of the shells. There is a resturant and bar on the property which had Happy Hour from 3-7PM. Half price drinks and Hors d'oeuvres. The bar was a great place to relax and enjoy live music. Enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable Condo
Ocean Village has a great location right by the sea. Community has golf, tennis, pickleball, swimming pools etc. Condo, right on the golf course, was quite roomy and comfortable.

Fantastic property
My wife and I spent 8 nights at this property. The grounds are well maintained. We played 3 rounds on the par 3 golf course that winds through the property. The course had one of the most well kept greens and fairways that I have ever played on.
We used the main pool and fitness room almost every day. We had dinner at the on premise restaurant and were not disappointed. There was also a tiki bar by the main pool that we had lunch at. The beach is located right over the dune.
The unit was well maintained and updated with stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom, nice tile backsplash in the kitchen, and a tiled, glass door shower. We would highly recommend this unit and property for you to stay at.

Great all around location
Perfect spot to hit the beach, play tennis and swim. The main restaurant was surprisingly delicious. The condo was cleanly and comfy for our family of 4. Would def come back if we are ever in the area again.

Fantastic stay at Ocean Village
My family of 4 had a great time staying in Maria's place at Ocean Village. We were looking for warm weather and sunshine without the hustle and bustle of tons of tourists, and that's exactly what we got. The unit was in a great location and had everything we needed. The fact that there were 2 bathroom sinks and vanities separated from each other was a huge bonus for getting ready, and my girls loved all of the mirrored closet doors. Plenty of linens, bath and beach towels, and the washer and dryer were a real bonus. Beach chairs and umbrella included with the unit. We didn't see a cooler in the unit, so we bought our own. The property is nice and big, with plenty of outside activities between the beach, pools, shuffleboard and bocce. We weren't able to get a golf tee time, so if you're looking to golf I'd book a tee time right when you arrive. Friendly, happy, active residents made it a delightful vacation. Maria was super responsive and answered all of our (many) questions promptly, which was much appreciated.

cozy comfortable condo
Had a wonderful 2 weeks at this condo. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for a perfect vacation. The added bonus for me was the morning sun shining in each day and the peaceful view of golf course. Maria was a delight to work with, very responsive and accommodating. would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great location in Ocean Village
This condo is right on 8th green. Built-in entertainment watching golf action so close to screened- in porch complete with high-top bistro set. It is within walking distance to 3 pools, and beach. Owner is super responsive to your needs: we had issue with our sleeper couch, and as this was an older couch, within a couple of days, she delivered a new one! Well-appointed kitchen. (Do need a new electric can opener, tho) The pictures in Home Away app are accurate: cutely decorated, comfortable condo! Thank you, Maria, for sharing your home.

Beautiful Getaway from Up North
Maria's was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in we felt like it was our home away from home. She thought of everything. We had our entire family staying at different condos at Ocean Village and Maria's condo was centrally located to everyone and everything. It was a short walk to the big pool and tiki bar. We cannot wait to go back and will definitely be staying with Maria again.

Wonderful place to stay
Our first VRBO experience and we really enjoyed our stay with our son swimming in the pool, the beach, and all the facilities. The villa was very clean and we felt right at home. We would recommend this location and Maria to anyone going to Hutchinson Island.

Perfect vacation spot!
We loved this unit and the close proximity to the ocean. The main pool is great and the grounds are very neat and clean. The unit is on the ground floor and has a washer/dryer, which was huge for us. The unit is very nice and clean and has everything you need - including a Keurig! This was our third place we found on vrbo and the only one we will be returning to in the future. Maria is very responsive to messages and was a great host.

Spring break
Unit was clean. Loved the location and golf course. It was a 5 minute to the beach, lots of good places to eat nearby although not walking distance. (There is a restaurant at Ocean Village but we didn’t eat there). The condo had everything we needed excep salt and garbage bags . Couch was uncomfortable; it needs replacing. We would go there again.

Great Place for a Peaceful Vacation!
Maria's Place is Absolutely Amazing! Very clean; Great location and Maria is a doll! We have No compliants & will be staying at Maria's again! Just a short walk to the beach. We loved sitting out on the patio & watching the sun come up every morning!

Great place and right in the beach!
We really enjoyed our stay at Maria's condo. It was roomy, clean, well equipped (games and kitchen too) and right on the fairway. The beach and the pool are just a few steps away. Pool bar was definitely a nice bonus with great selection of drinks and food. We definitely recommend Maria's place at Ocean Village!

This condo is great! Maria is so easy to work with. It was for the death of my brother, I had to stay. I was always comfortable and need nothing. Everything was in working order. Maria's instructions were very easy to follow. Highly recommend this condo.

Very nice unit and great complex
The unit was clean, well decorated, and well stocked. The entire process was smooth with no hassles. Ocean Village is a great property. There is lots to do. It has a great beach and several pools The main pool is excellent. There's golf, tennis etc.Highly recommended.

Property, Community, and Beach All Excellent
- Super easy to check-in, get settled in the place
- Area nice, easy access to grills, beach, and a few touristy restaurants
- Condo itself was clean, fully-stocked, plenty of towels, nice shower
- Wifi was basically unusable; mostly used phone for late-night movie watching, checking email, etc.
- Sun room was warm and a good way to wake up and coffee in the morning
Overall, excellent place to stay!

Great owner, great property
This was our first VRBO experience, and we had lots of questions. Maria was very patient with us, answering all of our questions, quickly and thoroughly. The condo was exactly as advertised. It is a little remote, but there is a restaurant and a bar on-site. But it is a few miles (literally 2) from the next closest food location - which could be good or bad, depending on your requirements.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Ocean Village staff were friendly and helpful. There was lots to do. It was so nice to get up in the morning and walk on the beach, make our own meals and sit by the pool.
There was lots of room in the condo for myself, my husband and our daughter that we didn't feel like we were tripping over each other.
We will definitely look into it again for a little getaway.
