Ahora con Wi-Fi, nuestra unidad de 2 BR-2 BA, planta baja, totalmente equipado está ubicado en una comunidad cerrada y tiene capacidad para alojar cómodamente a 6 personas. Hay una cama king size en el dormitorio principal y 4 camas de una plaza (2 literas) en el segundo dormitorio. Hay dos baños completos para su conveniencia. La cocina está totalmente equipada e incluye lavadoras y secadoras. La sala de estar / comedor tiene una unidad de aire acondicionado, así como las dos habitaciones. Los accesorios adicionales incluyen: parrilla a gas, dos televisores de 32 "" con Roku incluido, tres sillas de playa, toallas de baño y playa, dos neveritas de playa, ropa de cama, secador de pelo, plancha y tabla de planchar, juguetes de playa y juegos de cartas. We come to PR every year and so far this was our favorite stay! Our host was extremely thoughtful and polite and the location and home was absolutely perfect!!!!! Our family will be back for sure in 2025!

First time in Puerto Rico!!!
Everything was as described! Jose met us at his property, went over a few things he wanted done, and answered our questions. He was extremely responsive before arrival when we had some questions and after he left when we had a few more. He provided us with some directions to a grocery store and local activities.
The ground-floor property is a 5 to 6-minute walk to the beach. The beach felt private. Not many people out and about. The property is in a community that is gated with 24/7 security. We NEVER felt unsafe! There is a pool that is steps from the property. There is full cookware in the kitchen and a grill outside. We stayed for 7 nights.
This will be the place we stay in the future when we return! My family loved it!

Location was outstanding just a few minutes walk to an idyllic, deserted beach. Communication with owners was great. They were very attentive and instructions were clear.

Very nice, clean condo, bed very comfortable, slept really well. Beach just a short walk using the walkway and great having the pool right outside the back door, a very nice pool. Several restaurants and activities close by, 5-10 minute drive from property. Owner easily accessible, contacted us a few days prior to arrival and stayed in contact until we met upon arrival at the property and was available to us if needed. Would definitely recommend, a beautiful island

We enjoyed this place very much! We loved the efficient communication with our host. Our flight was late in the day and they allowed us to stay until 2pm!!
We liked the location because we could walk on the beach for an hour in the morning while our teens slept in. We really enjoyed swimming at the beach and in the pool which is right outside the door! It was close to El Yunque and we were on trails within 30 minutes. It was close enough to drive into Old San Juan too. We felt very safe in this super quiet and gated community!
The place was super clean and was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, a bar of soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, and toilet paper!
The suggestions for improvement- provide a baking sheet (or two) and put both a fitted and top sheet (with blanket) on the twin beds.
Would stay here again for sure!

We had such an amazing stay here! Jose Luis’ place is clean and spacious with all the necessary amenities (including fun beach/pool toys), right across from a beautiful pool, and only a few short steps from a beautiful beach. The property is also in a fantastic location, close to the rainforest, other beaches, and not too far from San Juan. There were also quite a few excellent restaurants nearby and the kiosks at Luquillo were only a short drive. The property was a great home base. It was also a gated community and very safe, and the beach was private (we almost always had it all to ourselves). We also arrived late (around 10pm) and Jose Luis made sure that we had clear instructions on how to find the place and the key, so check-in was very easy. Overall, we highly recommend this place! For the value, you really can’t beat it!

A very nice place - as advertised. The owner was incredibly responsive and the whole complex is secure, well maintained and quiet. We loved having the beach so close - and it was not crowded. The location couldn’t have been better to enjoy the water and the national forest - and close enough to San Juan for fun outings. We’d definitely stay here again!

My family and I had a great week at Juan and Mayra’s place. It was great access to the pool and beach. We felt safe at all times. The place was just as described. We could have used a few more blankets and wash cloths (we bought some when we went to town). The power went out once - but it is Puerto Rico and it happens (it was also the middle of the night). The only issue, my text messages were not going through so it was hard at times to contact Juan, but he was just fine with phone calls. Jenny the neighbor is a delight and so friendly! We would recommend this place/location to anyone who wants the beauty of the beach and quietness, and yet still close enough to the hustle and bustle. We will be back ☺️

Great property, Jose Luis was fantastic. They had New Year celebratory stuff including glasses and and gazoos. Everything was as advertised. Would stay here again. Only thing I would say is needed are some true reclining beach chairs for the beach.

We had a wonderful stay. My son 10 and nephew 16 really enjoyed the stunning beach and then directly across from the unit the sparkling pool. Great location not to far from San Juan and close to many activities and the Marinas for snorkeling fun.
The beach is just lovely for Morning walks and all day fun, just a minute walk. Very isolated and never too busy.
We really loved it and definitely would pop back!!

We really loved this place!! It had everything we needed and the beach was so wonderful and never crowded, my daughters always wanted to go back to "our" beach from anywhere we visited. The condo was very convenient to grocery store, bakery, gas, and many great places to see. The only negative is that there are random power outages that can last a couple of hours at a time. Happened to us twice. I would highly recommend staying here!!!

We had great communication with owner, helpful directions and some ideas about nearby attractions. The condo is very clean and comfortable. The pool is lovely and very quiet. We were often the only ones in the pool. The beach is very inviting. There are some trees for shade, lots of space to spread out in the sand and the ocean is right there. This also a great location for accessing El Yunque National Forest.

We loved being right in front of the pool. The pool is sparkling clean, and a good size for laps, 20 yards. It was never crowded. The beach is beautiful, too. Jose Luis was a very good host.

Our stay began with Jose meeting us at the condo. He handed over the keys and visitor’s windshield pass, and explained a few of the intricacies of the condo, and his expectations and rules.
We then had a splendid, relaxing, adventure-filled, pool&beach-filled, and 9-day long wonderful vacation at his condo in the Casa Del Mar condo complex.
The first floor location was perfect, the proximity to the pool was a boon, and there were ample outside towels , and there was even a cooler on wheels to facilitate taking some snacks and beverages to the very-nearby beach. The bed was very very comfortable; the Roku tv access to sports and movies was enjoyable; the wonderful, retractable awning-covered patio was used many times throughout each day, the breezes were enjoyed, and the a.c. and fans were wonderful!! The condo had a beautiful refrig and dishwasher, too.
Jose’s responses to our inquiries were always timely and reasonable.

We loved everything about staying at Jose Luis and Mayra’s place. The condo was clean, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook, and Jose Luis and Mayra were very communicative and provided us with great info on things to do in the area. Check in and check out process was seamless. The location was perfect… Right on the beach where we had a blast playing and taking sunrise and sunset walks. Everything we needed to enjoy the beach (towels, chairs, beach toys, etc) was provided. The location is also in close proximity to numerous points of interest, like El Yunque State Park, zip lining, Luquillo, Loíza, Old San Juan, and the ferry in Ceiba. There are numerous restaurants and a grocery store nearby. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

This was a great place to stay for access to anywhere on the northwest sidee of the island. We found our condo to be very comfortable and clean. There were very few people at the condo property, so we basically had the place to ourselves. We felt very safe and loved the easy access to the beach. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, silverware, and pans. The only thing we missed was a cookie sheet or pizza pan for the oven. We just bought some foil wrap. I'm sure it is hard to make sure all items are there with people rotating in and out of condo units. Thanks, Jose Luis and Mayra!

Our family of three really enjoyed our stay and Jose Luis was incredibly responsive and helpful to us! We visited many beaches during our stay in Puerto Rico but the beach next to this condo was phenomenal and probably our favorite. The pool was clean and super close, which pleased our seven year old. The condo is also very close to the entrance to El Yunque rainforest and great restaurants. We'd love to come stay again sometime!

The best of what island life has to offer! Sun, rain, water, lush vegetation, electricity black-outs, seafood, drinks and so much more. The apartment was in a great location and offered all the amenities someone may be looking for to relax, walk the beach, swim and make trips to the different attractions nearby. The owners were kind and very helpful and the staff at the complex was one of the friendliest we have encountered. We can wholeheartedly recommend this little paradise for anyone that wants to experience Puerto Rico for the first time. We sure did!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at your condo. It was immaculate, your condo and the grounds. For the entire week it was as if we had the whole property to ourselves,my son especially loved having that pretty pool all to himself, and the weekend it became more lively with more families there to enjoy- the beach was gorgeous, with nice water for swimming, plenty of space to spread out and relax, and long long stretches for walks….the location of condo was also the perfect spot for exploring and adventuring around the East side of PR…. We went to Vieques, Carabali adventure park, Old San Juan, and El Yunque, all within very short drives, also plenty of great spots to eat locally-and though we do not speak fluent Spanish, there was no issue communicating or getting around! Everyone we encountered was very pleasant and happy to help!
Hope to come back again to your exact spot- miss those warm breezes and that water already! Thank you!

This was my family's first time visiting Puerto Rico and we fully enjoyed our stay, experience and rental property! Jose Luis greeted us upon arrival and gave a brief intro to the property. The location was perfect with the pool being steps away and the ocean just a walk across the grounds. We traveled with our kids who are 7 and 13. They had an enjoyable and fun stay as well. We spent some time chilling at the very secluded beach and pool and also took day trips to El Yuenque, Old San Juan and Luquillo Beach. We even did snorkeling lesson in Fajardo at the nature preserve. We took a lovey walk down the beach to where the river meets the ocean by Jose Luis' suggestion and it was amazing! Having the beach gear at the rental was so helpful (towels, chairs, umbrellas) and everything was clean and tidy. A bonus was the super comfy beds and blankets! We made amazing memories while having a comfy "home away from home". We hope to return as there is still so much to explore!

We had a great stay in Rio Grande, PR. The condo was just as described. Very close to great restaurants, beaches, and a beautiful Catholic church! I enjoyed siting outside in the morning drinking my coffee and then walking along the beach! Neighbors were nice and the grounds were safe and clean. A week was not long enough to explore all we wanted to explore in PR. We will be back!

My sister and our two daughters (7 & 8) stayed here for a week and it was perfection!
It was clean and VERY well stocked with linens, pillows, soaps, toys, beach chairs, a Bluetooth speaker, 2 smart TVs, a mini split in every room and so much more!
Jose Luis was immediately responsive and always helpful.
The apartment’s proximity to a pool (out the back door!), the beach (2 min walk away!) restaurants (less than a 5 min drive!) groceries, attractions (el Yunque, San Juan, Fajardo, MORE!) was PERFECT for creating a.restful yet exploratory week for the grownups and a fun and easy week for the kids.
I highly recommend this location for folks with younger kids!

Property is in a really good location. Very very clean. Jose Luis was very responsive. Close to very good beaches. Water heater didn’t work well in our stay but Jose helped us how to reset the water heater to get hot water, he said he will replace after we leave. This property is family friendly. I highly recommend it.

We had a lovely time in Rio Grande. The beach was beautiful, and the kids loved playing in the pool. Close to everything, including great restaurants and the rainforest. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful 28 day vacation. This property had the perfect location for us and everything we needed! Pool was steps away from our patio. The most beautiful beach just an easy 2 minute walk. We seriously were able to do a 3 mile walk every morning on this beach. Check in was flawless, well kept, secure area. Condo had a nice kitchen and comfy bed. Luquillo, Fajardo, wonderful and amazing El Yunque, restaurants and shopping all very close by. So happy we picked this spot. Thanks Jose Luis!

Incredible communicators, very positive and friendly! Came to came to a wonderful clean apartment and had clear expectations about what needed to be done to be done when leaving. It was a stonesthrpw from the ocean and we basically had a private beach! Perfect little get away way while in Puerto Rico for our party of 5

Not only is the location amazing, the owners José Luis and Mayra were so responsive to all of our needs and..... This place has EVERYTHING!! Toys for kids, plenty of room, beach stuff, a gas grill for cooking. You can't go wrong staying here!! Fully furnished kitchen, towels, easy walk to the beach, the pool is just steps away! We will definitely be going back!

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It was conveniently located within a short walking distance to a beautiful beach, it was in a safe gated community and had everything promised and more. The property is conveniently located near many attractions and appropriately 35 minutes from airport. Although there were some Covid related restriction using the pool, we had no issues scheduling time and had it to ourselves most of the time. The place was clean and well stocked with everything you would need for a fun family vacation. The property owner was very quick to respond whenever we had questions. We would definitely recommend this property.
