Very good location and breakfast. Friendly and supportive staff. The hotel and the rooms are good but without anything special
During our trip the air condition was not working. Seemed to be a problem in all rooms as multiple people we spoke with had the same issue. How ever, the hotel compensated us and withdraw 20% of the cost which was a fair thing to do.

It was a very clean hotel, and it was quiet. I felt very safe as a solo traveler. The location is very good (close to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops). Service at breakfast and at check-out was excellent. My request to check-in a bit early was accommodated.
There was minimal lighting above the mirror in the bathroom. The WiFi worked reasonably well when sitting at the desk in the room, but I could get a stronger signal if I sat by the room entry door. The room safe was not large enough to hold a laptop

It was a nice experience starting with the welcome. The hotel is very central location. It was easy to go anywhere. Rooms are very clean and tidy. staff are very friendly and helpful. They were very helpful even though we checked in late. When we wanted to leave our luggage at the exit, they were helpful. If I come again, I would choose it again. First of all, thank you to all of them, especially the excellent human Visar.
There are no slippers in the room, it would be nicer if there were. Although the breakfast option is less, it can be an egg alternative. However, new options can be added.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Great little balcony.
The continental breakfast was lovely as were the pancakes and coffee! My son seemed to eat half his body weight in the pancakes.
Wasn't sure how to work the air con so the room was cooler but, as we had a small balcony, we could have some breeze from there.

This is a lovely little hotel in central Pristina. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There are great cafes and restaurants nearby and it is convenient to explore the city. The rooms were of a good standard.
The cafe next door had loud music in the evening but it was finished by 10.30pm.

If you come with a car, you will need to pay 10 euros for 24 hour parking in the opposite side of parking lot. The parking lot administration is not related to the hotel. The hotel did not have a parking lot but I have learned that beforehand. To be safe, I am okay to pay 10 euros for secured parking.

Both ladies at reception were very kind, welcoming, and genuinely supportive in ordering taxis, giving directions etc essentially functioning as both reception and concierge.
A man who I met briefly upon checking in (seemed to be owner or general manager) was also very welcoming and kindly answered questions I had regarding laundry and guiding me to places to eat.
Staff generally have a pleasant positive attitude.
The hotel is very clean. A cozy place to stay.
Everything is within walking distance.
Despite the many positives what really made it for me was the hotel staff.
All was good. Might be hard to find as despite the good location the building doesn’t stick out like others in the area.
