Property was as advertised. Very clean with all the amenities one would need. Communication with the manager was great. We very much enjoyed our stay. One of the bathroom lights needs replacing, and the bathtub shower could use some TLC but all of this was minor, compared to the many positives. definitely recommend.

My wife and I rented the Golden Bay Club Unit 805 in in May 2023. The experience was great. This is the second time we have rented a condo like this from AYP. The AYP service staffers did a great job. The condo was impeccably clean. When we needed something the AYP folks took great care of us.

Perfection!
We had an amazing week in this beautiful space. The condo is pristine and the view is spectacular. It is a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Our family loved the large heated pool and spent a lot of time in the hot tub. The property is safe and everyone is super welcoming. We highly recommend this property!

Beautiful clean condo!
The condo was absolutely spotless. Beautiful furnishings. HUGE kitchen, with a table in the kitchen and table in the dining room area. Fully stocked kitchen. Very large couch that my daughter slept on comfortably (it was not a pull out bed but she was very comfortable). I was comfortable in my large bedroom with attached bathroom. My bathroom had a separate shower, plus a tub and shower. Hall bathroom that the kids shared. Beautiful views off the balcony! It was a quick, easy 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach. There are beach chairs and an umbrella provided. The heated pool was great! There was an issue with a toilet, and it was fixed very quickly. Communication with property manager was superb, best I have ever experienced with a VRBO rental. I highly recommend this condo!

The rental was very pretty and the balcony had a great view. The layout worked out well for our family. Most importantly, our host Andrea was very responsive. There were a few small issues with the rental but as soon as we reached out to Andrea, everything was resolved immediately. We especially liked the proximity to the ocean beaches, restaurants and shopping and Oleta River State Park.

Great place and location
The property was incredibly nice. We ate almost all of our meals on the balcony overlooking the Intercoastal waterway. Andrea at AYP was incredibly helpful to us as we settled in. The beach chairs and umbrella were a nice touch too. Location is about a 15 minute walk to multiple beaches and a short drive to Aventura Mall, South Beach, etc. The only downside was the club across the waterway sometimes plays loud music until close to midnight that you can hear. We had two other adults stay with us for a few days and the condo is big enough to not feel cramped at all. Great place, highly recommended.

We arrived at this immaculately clean home and was just taken away with the water views. At night the water with this part of the Miami skyline Had us sitting out on the balcony until bedtime; only to wake and have breakfast there as well.
The kitchen was well stocked, the living areas were spacious and were the beds and bedrooms.
If I has to choose one thing “wrong” with this home it would be that there was no fishing allowed.
This home will always be my Miami preference to stay.

Just Beautiful
The pictures do not do the views from this home justice as they are just stunning. The home was immaculately clean and very well stocked with dishes and everything else one could need in a kitchen. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms very spacious. Having that view of the skyline and inter coastal waterway from bed was great. And even though it is in the middle of beach high rises, our apartment was very quiet and restful when we wanted to rest. The management and communication is courteous, nice and available when need be.
The only downfall was a very small one: the pantry was locked so there was nowhere to put our non-perishable items. It worked out as we used the kitchen table as storage and used the one in the dining area to eat upon when we were not eating or taking coffee on that spacious balcony.
If the travel bans were to stay put, this place would be my shut in place to be.

We had a fabulous experience in this gorgeous apartment. It was large, clean, and well-maintained. Two bathrooms were great with our two teenagers. The intercoastal view from our balcony was spectacular -- especially at sunset. The pool was delightful and the fitness room was good enough. Our internet was not working when we arrived and our managers did everything in their power to get it up and running again. They were very helpful. The location of the property is good -- 10 minute easy walk to the ocean beach, 5 minute walk to grocery store and lots of eateries. Far from the "action" of South Beach but we did not mind that. The cost of an Uber to South Beach was high, so it might be worthwhile for folks to rent a car if you are at all interested in going out of the neighborhood for meals, etc.

Pros: Place was clean and had a decent kitchen with all utensils needed. View was very nice. Fred the contact was professional and excellent. Beach chairs were excellent. Pool was nice. Cons: Place has no personality. It was sterile. The parking fee of $35 was not prominently displayed. Pool was under repair for 3 days of the 7 day stay. Really? Get it fixed - hire the proper people not the poor maintenance guy to be a pool repair guy. The threat to vacate the premises by 11am was over the top. How about helping those with late afternoon flights with a changing area and please enjoy the pool or common area until you need to leave. AYP guy with clipboard knocked on our door at 10:45am. Would not go back here.
