The location is great and it was clean!

Lots of noises that did not allow us to sleep. The plumbing sounded awful, the bathroom door rattled in the wind, and the cabin rattled terribly. We informed the staff and their approach was not useful and not friendly.

Space is okay. But no power usb port, no channel much or access the tv internet to watch more. Cleaning should no part of the customer, we had to clean before leave is a hassle. The staff is really nice and attend us on our needs.

The amenities - no usb port power. And cleaning the room ask to client to avoid charges , we never be messy.

It was central to the town

Staff were rude on the phone when asking about arrival time and then did not see any staff until handing in our key 2 days later. No dish drainer in the room and having to wash dishes in the very small bathroom sink with a sign clearly stating we were responsible for washing own dishes otherwise an extra fee will be charged. Entrance Lighting at the venue was non existent even pulled into the wrong driveway next door on arrival ! Will not return on our future trips !

In the Town centre of Albany and a very popular hotel re food and entertainment. Very efficient check in and Friendly and helpful Staff. Very spacious room and comfortable beds. Good off street Car parking just outside the room. Kitchenette was good facility. Would definitely stay again.

Kitchenette would be better with a sink and electric hot plate. Had Microwave, Kettle and Toaster, so really not quite a kitchenette. Same as most other motels.

Lucked upon a Tuesday night when a group called The Shantymen were performing. Very entertaining

pub patron parked in my allotted parking bay. I had to park on street. bays are marked as ‘reserved’ but no ‘policing’ of this on a Fri/sat night.

Comfortable clean room and beds. Great location. The pub restaurant has great food. Friendly staff.

Rooms located at the back of the pub in a noisy carpark.

Location and is generally always in a pretty good standard.

TV didn't work

Motel like accommodation rear of hotel. Very clean and new comfortable bedding. Walk to restaurants in town is handy. Parking at the front of unit.

You can hear live music, but it's far enough away not to be an issue but would be a problem with those rooms in the main hotel building.
