The apartment is a good-sized bedroom, a walk-in shower, a full kitchen, a dining room, and a pullout couch; all very clean with a moder beach theme. There is also some outside seating to eat takeout in the shade from the nearby restaurants and racks to let your swim suits/towels dry. Their secluded pool is so clean; amazing and relaxing... you are surrounded by mountains topped by clouds. It is a block from the owners restaurant right on the beach. You should reserve a spot as it is very busy on the weekends; howerver, we got take away, when leaving the beach, at every lunch and ate it next to the pool or under the shade outside the apartment. It is about 1km from the center of town along a nice wide brick walkway that winds along the beach. There are so many things to do right next to the apartment, tennis courts, volleyball, etc., but the pool was so relaxing that we didn't do anything else other than walk to the restaurants and beach. This is the best place we have stayed on Lake Como and I can not recommend it enough!

great place, swimming pool very nice with an amazing view to mountains everything was clean and very fresh kitchen has everything you need host is great and owns a restaurant down the street. restaurant has a wonderful view to Como lake and food is very tasty, i would suggest lasagne, the best lasagne i have ever tried :)

The position is great since very close to the beach. The apartment is like new and clean. Nice outside space in front of the living room. Parking is conveniently located in front of the property. Kitchen is provided with dishwasher.

We stayed in the red apartment and the living room is partially facing the street with some privacy issues which can be solved with the curtain. A/C is not available but likely not needed being ground floor and always ventilated location.

Excellent apartment, walkable from the town center. Very decent kitchen, close to the water. Despite an aircon not being present, the apartment was nice and cool. Our dog could have a run and play in the fenced off garden. We'd like to come back!

There was a few tiny things that actually didn't really bother us, but would have been nice . The handsoap in the bathroom was finished, there was a dishwasher but no dishwash tabs provided, there was a used handtowel hanging in the bathroom. The apartment is situated right next to a sportspark, so when you're relaxing by the pool you might hear tennis or soccer noise. It didn't bother us.
