This is a beautiful hotel with great amenities. The rooms are large and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The best part is the amazing shower!

The hotel is in a great location if you need to be on campus but is right next to a train crossing. Literally every hour, a train was passing by blowing its horn. You couldn’t sleep through this so you’re basically awakened every hour, on the hour, by a very loud and obnoxious train horn. If it wasn’t for this, the hotel would be 10/10.

cafe staff was very pleasant. The second check-in clerk was great. he took care of me and put me in a great room. Customer service in the Bar T was good.

The first Check-in receptionist had no customer service skills. room didn’t have a TV remote had to call front desk and waited a while for one. Bathtub stopper was never put back and was just sitting on the soap holder. The restaurant food was pretty bland.
