location, nice pool, lovely balconies but couldn’t use as no shade so hot.
No shade to sit under on the balcony also couldn’t sit on the chairs as bird faeces were all over the chairs.
No air con in the main bedroom the bed was not comfortable in the second bedroom. The lounge was terrible couldn’t sit on it you would fall into a hole.

Great location. Lovely views from large deck. Spacious for the 3 of us with 2 separate bathrooms. Large fridge was great. Stovetop and microwave but only used microwave, toaster etc. Underneath car park. No allocated space but plenty of spaces.

The outlook was fantastic and the location suited us for what we like doing. The space was good and well presented.
The second bathroom was a little small and the lack of an exhaust fan in both bathrooms was not good.

Easy check in & out. Close to beach & shopping. Excellent views
Too small for 4 Adults, no exhaust fans in both bathrooms,did not want to cook in case fire alarm went off, huge fine. two seater lounge for 4 guests.
No sun protection on the huge balcony, no BBQ to cook outside.

Everything else lovely, amazing views from the Balcony which was a great size able to sit out to admire the views.
Apartment great for us and our two Grandchildren, will be back again.

There was a strong chemical smell in the apartment which really didn’t diminish - perhaps from carpet cleaning?
The weather was very cold when we were there and electric blankets would have been welcome on the beds as the doonas were very thin.

Th property is perfect! Has two bedrooms plus a pull out lounge. The balcony is huge, perfect for afternoon sunny drinks! Watched the sunrise in the mornings from the balcony! Was just beautiful! And the location is great walking distance to everything, beach, restaurants, rsl, and groceries. Free parking also!

Loved the location, view from bed of the river was an incredible way to wake up. Clean, spacious comfortable.
Carpet in a beachside apartment not great. Would be good to upgrade that.
