# Very welcoming and friendly host. He arranged us a transfer from Kutaisi airport (extra cost) and a pick up of another member of our family from the train station (free). # Location. The apartment is close to shops, bakery and it's just 3 min to the beach. There's a small supermarket right in the building on the first floor which was very convenient in rainy days. # Comfort. We had everything necessary and more: washing machine, iron, extra blankets, if cold, big closet with lots of space to store your things, drying rack, TV, kitchenware, fridge with freezer an amazing view from the balcony (special note to those travelling with kids: balcony has a net that makes is safe for kids to run around).

We did like everything. If we were to mention things to improve that would be a baby crib and a hair-drier, but even without them our stay was great!

Everything was great. Aleksander met us at the station and gave us a ride to the apartment. The place itself was really comfortable as we were with kids. Really nice spacious balcony with sea view.

The owners were really nice and helpful.
