Beautiful location (directly on the beach, overlooking the promenade and unobstructed ocean views), lots of restaurants nearby. The only instruction was taking the garbage out to a dumpster before leaving (very easy). Easy key pick up, even met us earlier than check in time. Very responsive host to communication in the app. Everything was clean and in good repair. Internet was fast and reliable.
There weren't grocery stores super close by, but maybe a 10-15 min walk. We were there in the off season so car pickup from Cabify could take a while (15-25 min) but it was reliable and they always came.

Lovely seafront/beach view from balcony. Easy access to a variety of restaurants and cafes. Nice large pool and gym available plus parking in the next block. Got the keys around 1.30pm which was helpful. Coffee machine was handy.
Overpriced IMO. Furniture was aged and table in balcony broken. Towel rails / hooks all loose. Asked for for extra towels, but none arrived. On 2nd floor, but even so sand seemed to gather in balcony after a breezy day.

Great location on the beach promenade with many restaurants nearby.
The property managers of the building were unable to connect the owner. They decided that the apartment is empty and they stopped the water. We also couldn’t connect the owner, so we had to solve the problem by ourselves. That totally spoiled our stay.
As one of the previous guests said the windows are very dirty! You have beautiful sea view, but you can not enjoy it. The apartment needs some renovation.

We have a property that we rent out on Booking.com ourselves and the place we stayed at was fantastic. We loved every second of it and will definitely be booking for next year. The host was out of this world and anything was not too much trouble. The location was to die for and everything was of such high standard we can’t wait to get back there and hopefully they will come to our property in Ballater in Aberdeenshire and be spoilt rotten like they have done with us.
