We were very much surprised by this amazing place! It's nice and modern interiors, well equipped common kitchen and spacious dining area, comfortable lounge area, big garden and direct access to the beach absolutely took our breath and exceeded our expectations.

The only downside was the staff's lack of language skills other than Hungarian, which is in my experience very common in Hungary.

Property and Location was very good - as close to beach and lake as indicated and children's park at the back. Ground floor is occupied with general services and common areas. Our problem was that all rooms were on First floor or second and third floor duplex with no lift.

We had a booking for Double Room on First Floor but on arrival we were told that only duplex Family room on II/III floor was available. We insisted on lower floor then on third day of our stay we were shown Double Room on Ist floor which was not big enough for 3 and only 2 more days were left of our stay so we declined and checked out on the 4th days asking for refund for a day which was DECLINED. Secondly in family room Airconditioner was installed on the III floor and there was no satisfactory cooling on the II floor where we spent most of our morning and evening. One aircon was not enough to cool the area and we were very uncomfortable. We complained but not got any better. Thirdly, there was no kettle in the room or service of food - only self cooking in common kitchen on ground floor. It would have been better if one could get kettle in the room, kitchen on the same floor as the room and/or at least breakfast on request since one had to climb down 2 floors of almost 25 feet height to even make or order a cup of tea. For somebody like me - advanced in years and arthritis/knee replacement this is not a place to be in. Fourthly requested the Reception to get us a kettle which we could pay for but no help available.

Fantastic location, very close to the beach, very comfortable beds and pillows, so clean room.

The one and the biggest problem is no private car-park. The doors could be soundproof.

Great location, nice size building and room. Updated and recently renovated.

Staff often not present or available at front desk, unable to check in early (not even just to drop off luggage, not take the room early or anything). Shower doesn't drain (despite asking staff to have a look at it). Only 1 bed with bedding in a "family suite" with 2 full beds and a sofa bed. Staff said they only make the bed for two people if two people are staying in the room". Then why did I pay for the whole family suite? I'm not about to share a bed with my friend, especially in a 3 bed suite. No room cleaning, fresh sheets during stay.

Well located, direct connection to free beach, a well equipped outside playground just next door. Italian-style coffe is really good, staff was helpful and pleasant. There is a child corner with good selection of games, where children easily can spend 1-2 hours alone :) Shared kitchen is comfy, clean and modern.

Boring local TV station at the bar.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and with very comfortable beds. We liked the fact that we could use the kitchen anytime and play billiards or table tennis. Great location very close to the lake.

There is nothing to improve!

Wifi is very slow with weak signal. Very few TV channels.
