Ce 5 chambres, 3 ½ salle de bain, 2600 pieds carrés maison sur 140 'de la façade du lac est magnifique et les vacances parfaites get-a-way! La maison dispose d'un salon principal avec une chambre principale, une grande cuisine-salle à manger-salon ouverte, une buanderie et une véranda avec un ensemble à manger et un grand réfrigérateur supplémentaire. Les chambres et les salles de bains de deuxième niveau sont également très spacieuses. Caractéristiques extérieures terrasse avec barbecue à gaz et des sièges, une grande zone de loisirs et un quai privé. Pas de marches menant au quai de divertissement qui dispose d’un grand coin repas / repas couvert de 25 pi x 32 pi avec bar, barbecue au gaz, mini-réfrigérateur et télévision. Nager le quai avec des chaises longues, un bordereau de bateau couvert de 10 'x 28' et deux ascenseurs PWC. Cette maison sur un lecteur privé se sent isolé mais est à seulement 10 minutes de la ville, des restaurants et des activités avec beaucoup d'espace de stationnement convoité.

The house was nice, clean, comfortable and had perfect lake access. You don’t find many properties with this many king size beds. The owner was super responsive.

Beautiful property all around. House was spacious for 12 people. Dock area was wonderful. The two kayaks provided lots of exploring in the cove. Swimming at dock was Also fun. Quiet cove.

This was the most relaxing extended weekend stay weve ever had. Kim, our hostess, spoiled us with a warm, inviting atmosphere including a new fire pit. We were not disappointed and plan on returning in the near future. Would definitely recommend going through Kim for an amazing stay. She is very accommodating and very quick to respond.

Everything was wonderful! The house was immaculate and well supplied with linens and even beach towels. The pictures do not do it justice! The dock was perfect for our whole family to fish and kayak.

The house was perfect. The dock was amazing. We had a couple of snafus but they were delt with very quickly. We had a group who most had never been to the LOTO. Lets just say they are ready to start planning for next year. The house was very clean and well kept. So much refrigerator space. We had a great time. Thank you.

Thank you to Kim for her wonderful house for the week! We had an absolute blast. The location was awesome; the openness of the main floor was great for games and fun! The additional fridge in the sun room area was perfect! The dock was excellent for our boat rental and for fishing! Lots of bluegill caught! Thank you! We loved your house! Thanks!!!

We (28 adults) rented the three houses, which are a short walk from each other. They were clean, well kept, well stocked and the AC worked great. Kim and Alex were terrific and responsive. We loved the docks, screened in porches, security of the gated community and quietness of the cove. We had a great time and would highly recommend any of these rentals.

This was our second stay returning to the house this year after last summer's visit. It was just as nice as the first time! We love everything about the house and all it has to offer. Plenty of amenities, great location on the lake, clean, and comfortable. We'll be back again. Thanks!

This place is gorgeous! Everything our family of 6 adults and 4 children under 5 could ask for. The deck was unbelievable...perfect for swimming, fishing, boating or whatever. Be sure to rent tritune from Jeff Shore. Very reasonable, and delivered to dock! HIGHLY recommended! We will be back!

This was our first experience renting a house at the lake, and it could not have been more perfect. We had a slip for our boat and plenty of room for our family. The property was uncluttered and very clean. The kitchen had great appliances so it was easy to cook. We also grilled outside and had our choice of grilling on the dock or on the deck next to the house. We loved the views of the lake from the dock, deck and the house. We look forward to renting this property again.

This property is a well kept one. We had plenty of bathrooms and we didn't use all the bedrooms. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO's and this is the first one with a dock that you could just lounge at. The dock had a small refrigerator and a TV for us to use, plus a grill. We spent a lot of time on the dock. I would definitely do this house again.

This place was wonderful for all of us. There were 8 of us and it was plenty big, one extra bedroom. The area was wonderful. We spent days on the dock or on the water (rented a pontoon for 3 days). Would recommend this place to anyone. It had all that we needed and wanted. The only problem we had was getting in when we got there, the door wouldn’t unlock. It ended up that we had the wrong code so it was an easy fix. Thank you for the use of your house. Loved it!!!!

Came for the LOTO Shootout. Beautiful home and location. Property manager Kim is very prompt on replies and assistance. Dock is absolutely great. Had no problems with our 2 boats. Loads of fun. House was excellent and clean. No complaints from any of our 5 couples that went. Will definitely be returning.

This property presents nicely, as posted, by a well organized owner. It was very clean and comfortable with high quality amenities. The dock is a great hangout place, and the cove is well suited for swimming and water sports. Location is great for both on-lake and off-lake adventures. Our only disappointment was having to leave. We look forward to visiting this property again in the future.

This house has lots of room. We really like this part of the lake, not quite as busy. Also has several great bars and restaraunts nearby.

Fun on the lake!
House was spotless and a great private end of road location. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, quiet, cool and comfortable. Dock was amazing with fishing and floating in the water. The 2 provided kayaks were a great addition and plenty of room for a boat if you bring or rent. On site laundry was a huge bonus and much needed with 3 teenage boys. It was the perfect place and location. Would rent again for sure!

Amazing home; Even more amazing outdoor space and cove
This home is well equipped, updated and on a cove away from the busy main channel. We spend 90% of our time on the large dock and floating in the water. While the driveway down to the house is tricky, parking is plentiful and flat making it easy to unload. The owner is responsive and ensures your visit is everything you expect. 5 min boat ride to Larrys on the Lake - fun place for drinks and a meal. Highly recommend this home!

Best spot for family vacation!
This was our second time staying and we loved it! The owner is super helpful and quick to respond to questions. The home is perfect - with three families it was nice that we each had our own bathroom. You can't see it in the photo but there is a nice pantry in the kitchen that made storing all our food really easy. The second fridge on the patio was a huge bonus. The dock is awesome - covered, tons of seating, TV, etc. We love it! Already planning to return next summer!

Clean and cooking friendly
Our group has some dietary restrictions and cooked many meals at home. This kitchen was well stocked with the cooking utensils needed to make a great meal. Wonderful set up. Very clean. Would love to return to this home for future family outings.

Relaxing
This is the second year we have stayed at this property. Kim, the owner could not be more accommodating. We are a group of 4 couples all older adults and this property is a GREAT place to relax and unwind. Weather it's hanging out on the dock or in the house this property has everything you need. Exactly what we were looking for!
After 2 years of not seeing our family in Missouri due to the pandemic, we wanted to rent a large enough home to accommodate at least 10 family members. Everything was perfect. Our overflow rented another property within walking distance. We highly recommend this property.

The Perfect Fall Weekend
What a great place to celebrate my Mom's 80th Birthday. Plenty of room to spread the family out. The bedrooms - all 5 were lovely. Everything about the home was clean and well-appointed. The large dock had excellent views of the cove and plenty of room to cast a line. The outside area featured a screened porch and 2 gas grills to feed the crew. It made this a great place to host a large family. We'll be back!

Amazing house!!
Very impressive house! Super clean. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space for 5 couples. The covered dock was our favorite place. We could have easily spent more time just sitting and relaxing. We all plan to come back soon.

Absolutely perfect vacation home for a group!
We loved everything about this house. Gorgeous and perfectly appointed from top to bottom. Great parking. Fabulous dock (that's where we spent most of our time). Comfortable living space and well equipped kitchen. On top of that, the owners were friendly, welcoming and helpful. This is the first time I have stayed near the Niangua arm of the Lake. We attended the Shootout race and the location was ideal. For a large group (we had 4 couples), it was a perfect vacation spot.

Perfect for a family getaway
Kim is an excellent host! The property is basically new and furnished very nicely. The ground floor master and short stairway to the dock were especially nice for my parents, who have some difficulty managing steps from time to time. The dock is designed for fun and entertaining, with its own grill, fridge and tv. Our stay was not perfect, but Kim was very responsive when we had a maintenance issue and we will not hesitate to stay here again. The quiet cove location and layout of the house was perfect for our mini family reunion. The house was immaculately clean and well furnished. The owner had other properties and we recommend any of her homes as we have stayed in more than one this season.

Everything you need, perfect getaway!
We had a great, long weekend at this house. It is so we'll decorated and redone. Very clean and everything you need in a house for a couples getaway, but would be great with kids too. We are already looking to book again next summer!
