Le Nelly est en face de l'entrée du club-house du Saratoga Race Course. Si vous souhaitez garer la voiture et marcher jusqu'à la piste, Siro's, Pennell's, Brook Tavern, Horseshoe, même King's, c'est la maison qu'il vous faut. Un mile de Congress Park, vous pouvez marcher ou facilement à vélo en ville.
Avec 5 chambres, une belle cuisine avec coin repas assez grande pour douze (12), et une cuisine extérieure et un patio assez grand pour que tout le monde puisse manger en plein air; c'est la maison pour vous et vos amis. Nous avons mis à jour la cuisine et les chambres et ajouté des canapés confortables supplémentaires au sous-sol, qui arbore une grande télévision pour les soirées cinéma (ou les marathons PlayStation).
Ceci est la maison pour vous si vous voulez l'espace, la commodité et le luxe d'être en face de la piste sans rien sacrifier. Nous acceptons les animaux domestiques et pouvons dormir confortablement dix (10). Nous sommes adaptés aux enfants et avons un lit de bébé et un pack-n-play, mais la maison n'est pas à l'épreuve des enfants. Des cinq (5) chambres du Nelly, trois (3) ont leur propre salle de bain. Nous avons la climatisation centrale et deux chambres arrière ont des unités murales supplémentaires. Du porche avant magnifiquement restauré directement à l'arrière-cour, le Nelly est assez grand pour être confortable mais conçu pour se sentir invitant et connecté.
Le rez-de-chaussée a été mis à jour pour être accessible en fauteuil roulant avec un niveau sans couture pour quiconque ne fait pas d'escaliers. Nous avons un maître au rez-de-chaussée avec salle de bains, qui a été profilé pour être facilement accessible. Assez grand pour entrer et sortir confortablement et barres d'appui pour plus d'aide et de soutien. Il est élégamment réalisé et discret afin de ne pas être gênant ou encombrant.
La cuisine est équipée de tout nouveaux appareils GE en acier inoxydable ainsi que de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin pour cuisiner le repas d'un chef avant de s'asseoir confortablement à notre grande table à manger. Profitez de la préparation de tous vos repas sur nos magnifiques nouveaux comptoirs - Merci Granite & Marble Works!
Le sous-sol fini est équipé d'une télévision de 60 pouces et de canapés doubles pour que chacun puisse se détendre et profiter. C'est un endroit idéal pour se retirer pour une nuit tranquille sur le canapé avec un film et un merlot.

The Nelly is absolutely awesome! The house is large, spacious and beautifully decorated. There are plenty of extras this with house - fully equipped kitchen, lots of paper products, toiletries and games to play. The location is unreal! Walking distance to the track. The bathrooms are all updated and spa-like. The property was worth every penny!

The Nelly House is perfect! From the decor to the location, we couldn’t have asked for a better house for our girls’ weekend. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. Nobody wanted to leave the house at the end of our stay. Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

Hands down The Nelly House is one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed in. What a perfect place for several families to gather for the weekend.
We were in Saratoga Springs for my daughter's graduation from Skidmore College. We had several families with us and the space laid out perfectly. The house was better than the photos! The backyard was such a luxury and really made it so fun on such a lovely weekend.
It is, honestly, better than the pictures. The house is beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked. I wish I had found this home earlier in our trips to Saratoga Springs.

The property exceeded our expectations. Steps from the entrance to the race track, large bedrooms, with plenty of bathrooms and a great backyard for grilling and relaxing after a day out. 1st floor bedroom with large bathroom perfect for grandparents. Board games, large basement and laundry perfect for those traveling with kids.

Everything about this trip was perfect! The house is great! It was clean, well supplied and the perfect location. Owners were very responsive and accommodating. If we return to Saratoga Springs, we will definitely not stay anywhere else. So convenient to the track and nearby restaurants. Beautiful backyard to catch up with friends! Excellent!

Had my family had a great time here! The house was roomy and really well equipped! Lots of room to gather and eat together.
Then bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds.
The location was great, next to the track and an easy walk downtown.
I wish the weather cooperates so we could have enjoyments the long evenings in the backyard.

The Nell is a beautiful large home a block from the track. It has a well equipped kitchen, and a roomy front porch. The owner/manager is friendly, efficient and easy to contact.

What a great property to enjoy all that Saratoga has to offer. Located right at the entrance to the race track, this cute clean home was perfect for our teens and adults. We’d definitely book again.

Great house for all Saratoga hast to offer
Our stay at 'The Nelly' house was excellent. The house is extremely well maintained and was perfect for our group. The yard was nice and private with a great grill setup and plenty of seating. The kitchen, living room, and basement all provide plenty of gathering space; and the bathrooms. All the beds were comfortable and bathrooms were nice and clean.
The house is a stones throw to the track, and a short ride (or long-ish walk) to SPAC and downtown. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy Saratoga.

Amazing rental!
The Nelly House exceeded our expectations to say the least! Close to town, impressively clean, very comfortable, lots of space (and bathrooms!). The actual home far far exceeded our expectations based on the photos! Host were easy to communicate with! Overall amazing rental! Nelly house is a gem!

And what is so rare as a day in June
The property delivered, everything about it was great. The open kitchen and dinning area were perfect. The upstairs beds and baths were clean and quiet. The outside grill and fire pit were in great shape. All very functional and relaxing. Plus the weather was perfect and we appreciate our host’s and thank them for arranging that too.

Perfect space for eight women!
The property was even nicer in person than you can tell from the photos. The living room couches were extremely comfortable for hanging out at the end of the evening, with enough seating for seven women. All seven of us were comfortable eating at the dining table and outside. The kitchen was well appointed and we appreciated little things we didn't bring for a short trip, like spices and dish soap. We also appreciated the labels on things. We also noticed the high quality of the finishings and in the bathrooms and bedrooms - the first floor bathroom even had heated floors and a handrail and accessible shower.
We also appreciated how walkable this area was. We walked to the center of town two times in one day, once in the morning and once at night, and while it was almost a mile, it was a really enjoyable walk.
Overall we had an excellent time, loved the house and the area. We highly recommend it!

We loved the Nelly House!!
We knew the Nelly House was the perfect place for our family of 9 Christmas gathering from the moment we entered! The house was immaculate and bedrooms and amazing baths totally fitted our needs. Wonderful to be able to prep and cook in the large well-equipped kitchen and still be able to be part of conversation in the living room. The children enjoyed their game time in the comfortably furnished lower level. This home was exactly as described and the location very desirable with easy access to town, restaurants, grocery etc. Kirsty and Gerard went out of their way to assure our comfort during our stay. Even forewarned us of an ice storm and took care to treat driveway and steps. The candles in the windows and outdoor Christmas decor made us feel we were at one of our own homes. We searched many houses in the area for this long overdue gathering and believe we found the best for making memories!! Thank you

Amazing property for a weekend getaway
House was better than advertised, large spacious rooms, modern renovated feel, fantastic back yard to grill, play games, enjoy cocktails and just sit and relax. Easy walk to downtown bars and restaurants. Owners were super super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

The house is decevingly large and well appointed with modern furniture and every kitchen gadget you can think of. Could have used more kitchen garbage bags, paper towels and toilet paper. Excellent location, great outdoor kitchen area.

Excellent family getaway
This was a wonderful spot for a family vacation. Our hosts (Kirsty and Gerard) were amazing. They were very responsive to all questions, and even came by the house to personally address our questions at one point. The house was clean, updated, and all amenities were available. They even set up a crib for my niece in a room of our choice and had a high chair available. And the first floor bedroom was perfect for my parents. They are also walking distance from the race track, which is right across the street, and the state park is 3 minute drive (or 15 minute walk) away as well. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a wonderful getaway.

I’m not one to write reviews my wife usually takes the lead with that , but I had to say this time I wanted to wholeheartedly. The Nelly Property was nothing short of amazing !! from initial correspondence with Kristy about the contract and stay from start to finish . The house is Beautiful , breathtaking decor, absolutely clean from top to bottom everything I expected and then some . My guest and I were at home and felt absolutely comfortable , there is no doubt we will stay at The Nelly in the near future.

Awesome Place!!
This house was great! It was large and provided plenty of room for our family. It is very well kept and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything you needed for making meals and more. Lots of dishes, pots, wine/martini glasses, 2 coffee makers, etc.... The plus was a fenced in back yard for the dogs!! Nice new table and chairs out back to sit at with a grill to cook out on and a fire pit too. Would definitely rent again!!!

Worth Every Penny
First and foremost Gerard and Kirsty were outstanding hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything necessary and were available for any questions.
