The location of the Villa is good. It is situated in a quiet cul de sac with short journeys to the beach and shops. The Villa had beautiful gardens. The Villa was spacious and easily accommodated our party of 6.

The Villa is surely a beautiful building but is starting to look a bit tired in some areas. The poolside paving is cracked or split in several locations and some of the deck chairs were left damaged by previous guests and had to be reported to the host. The pool water needed to be cleaned towards end of our stay so not sure if the pool maintenance was being kept up every week as mentioned by the host. The dishwasher looked an old model and didn't wash the dishes properly. Light bulbs were out in several locations in the Villa. The remotes for TV, Satellite did not function. Batteries were either missing or flat.

Good location, walking distance of several restaurants and town. Although on a hill. Short drive to beach and main town of Albufeira. Swimming pool, nice veranda which gave shade most of the day and air con in all bedrooms. Gated property with private parking. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Short drive/20 minute walk to Algarve Shopping Mall including cinema, fast food and other eating places and a massive Continente supermarket and clothing outlets.

No air con in lounge. Swimming pool needed cleaning possibly due to extreme heat. Small annoyances such as toaster broken, 1 shower blocked drain but quickly dealt with. No welcome pack or instructions on how to use appliances or safe and no details of local amenities or recommended restaurants. Fortunately we knew the area well so not an issue for us but would be helpful for first time visitors to Guia.

The villa was a home from home, it was really comfortable and really well equipped. The pool is big enough for a swim and the cleanliness was exceptional. I needed help as we were arriving late and was anxious about collecting the keys from the office. I contacted the agents and Monica from the office took the time to call giving any help I needed and the details of a fab taxi driver, Pedro and followed up with an email. All in all a fantastic holiday, great villa and brilliant agents.

If your noise sensitive there are lots of dogs in the area who can be quite noisy at times.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood, very close to shops, and a great location to travel to different beaches. The pool area caught the sun throughout the day and plenty of loungers. The bedrooms were a great size and overall great facilities!

We found it hard to find the pickup location for the keys at night time, the address wasn't exact on Apple/Google Maps. They didn't provide any dishwasher tablets, toilet paper or bin bags during our stay, I really feel this is essential and not something we've usually had to purchase.
