Luxueuse villa entièrement modélisée à Fort Lauderdale. Situé sur l'eau et équipé d'une piscine privée (eau salée) chauffée. L'arrière-cour est à l'ouest et complètement au soleil jusqu'au coucher du soleil. Il y a un nouveau barbecue disponible. Les jardins avant et arrière sont éclairés le soir par de beaux éclairages. Un emplacement très central, à 5 minutes de la plage, du boulevard Las Olas, de Wilton Drive, du centre de remise en forme de Los Angeles et du centre commercial Coral Ridge avec divers magasins et supermarchés.

Ces téléviseurs peuvent être trouvés dans la chambre principale, dans le salon et vous pouvez également profiter d'une télévision à partir du mobilier de jardin confortable à la piscine.
La villa est équipée d'une cuisine spacieuse, où vous pourrez cuisiner pendant votre séjour. Vous trouverez également beaucoup de verrerie dans la cuisine et des verres en plastique pour une utilisation à la piscine. Le réfrigérateur / congélateur est équipé d'une machine à glaçons.

This house is in a great location, very close to stores, food and the beach. We were a group of 5 and there was plenty of room for all of us. Check-in went smooth and had great communication with the property manager. We would definitely stay again.

This location was perfect for our family needs. Close enough to the public beaches and really enjoyed the pool area. We cooked every night & the kitchen was pretty much equipped with everything we needed. I would recommend this property to my friends and family. Thank you!

Stayed for 8 nights with 2 grown up children and my husband. Pool was lovely, house was comfortable and welcoming. Could have done with an additional 2 sun beds for the pool. Plenty of towels and practical basics supplied which was very helpful. Good location although a little further than 5 mins to the beach. We had a lovely stay

We had a great trip to Fort Lauderdale and spent most of our time in the warm, saltwater pool! The property managers were so accommodating and easy to communicate with. The house was well maintained and stocked with necessities. We would recommend this house!

Perfect place for a peaceful getaway. House was extremely clean, beds were comfortable, house fully stocked with supplies for a worry free vacation. Back patio sitting by the pool was perfect from sunrise to sunset. Close to the beaches. We enjoyed lauderdale by the sea and pompano beach. Neighborhood was safe and neighbors were very friendly. Check in process was easy given a code prior to arrival. Would definitely stay again when visiting Fort Lauderdale.

I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here! The house was clean and had almost everything we needed for our stay. The pool and back yard are stunning and provided the much needed relaxation we were looking for. I will DEFINITELY stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stay in this area.

We absolutely love this property! If we were in a position to make an offer, we would! The owner/host were easy to communicate with and were very helpful when we came in early from a red eye flight! The house is very clean and very well appointed. The pool was perfect and the setting is such a different experience. The canal is so alive with a multitude of different species and each day brings a different experience. If you’re visiting Fort Lauderdale a rental car is a must. But the brewery down the road is good and has a large selection of food and drinks. We hope to return to this house because we all absolutely loved it!

This property was beautiful! Just as listed. Sitting by the pool was a great way to start and end the day. Very serene! Landscape was amazing! Loved watching the geckos, birds and ducks. Beds were super comfy. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Definitely a must stay if you are heading to Ft. Lauderdale!

Overall a nice home however there were a few issues: first there was a lack of decent cookware…the coating on the pots and pans were all peeling off. Second, there were several cockroaches found. Lastly, there was a very large dead…rotting iguana in the bushes to the left of the pool which produced a horrific odor. We were not able to enjoy sitting outside due to the smell.

A group of us stayed in Florida for work and decided a house was a better option than hotels. We absolutely loved this house! The back covered porch was totally worth it. Weather wasn't great, but we were still able to sit outside in the rain. Lots of great DoorDash options and only minutes from the beaches. We would love to stay again!

Anco and Lisa provided my family with a wonderful house for our family vacation. The home is excellent and the property managers have gone above and beyond to provide all of the amenities to ensure a great vacation. The heated pool was especially helpful, as it was cooler than normal during our stay. The house was actually better than it appears on the listing and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great house with a pool that is close to the beaches.

Wonderful home. Amazing pool and water views. House had everything you need for a nice stay. Host was excellent. Great communication before, during and after. My only issue was the lack of cable tv. The weather was bad when we were there forcing us indoors most on the time. It would have been nice to watch some tv. But it’s only a small issue as the house and location were perfect. We’d love to book again when in town.

We just returned from our Ft. Lauderdale vacation. The house was exactly as described and pictured. The house was clean and had all the basic necessities needed for a long stay. We had one minor issue with the battery going dead on the front door lock but Lisa had someone out and it was fixed while we were still at lunch. We highly recommend this property!

Loved our stay at this property. It was very clean and so comfortable. Truly a home away from home. Lisa, the property manager, was awesome! Always available to answer any questions and gave some really nice recommendations of places to go to in the area. We had terrible airline/airport issues arriving and leaving, and Anco and Lisa were very accommodating and helpful. I am really thankful for that in a very stressful situation. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was wonderful! The owner/hosts made check- in and check-out an easy process. The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The waterfront and pool were great additions to our stay. Restaurant, beach, gym, and market are all very close by. The house is very clean, spacious, and it had everything we needed. The owner/host were easily accessible, accommodating, professional and courteous. We would definitely book again or recommend to family and friends.

This property was amazing! The pool was heated and with the blue lights at night made it picturesque. We were able to enjoy every aspect of the house. There were 2 days that rained extensively so have a beautiful home to enjoy until the sun came back out was great. Customer service (Lisa) was very responsive.

The house is clean, nicely decorated, and has beautiful front and back gardens.
Located by a canal in a quiet neighbourhood, and yet only minutes from malls and restaurants.
We were three adults each occupying one bedroom with plenty of closet space.
Wifi was a bit unstable in the smaller bedrooms but excellent elsewhere inside and outside the house.
Coming from cooler regions we greatly enjoyed the covered back yard patio and the heated salt water pool.
During our stay Florida was hit by the coldest Christmas in decades. Thanks to the house heating system we were, however, comfortably warm in the inside.

Overall a positive experience. Pool was not heated, so we weren't really able to use. Owner was quick to respond to the couple issues we had and sent someone to fix.

Good 3 bedroom/2 bath house in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The property manager met us at the house for check-in. Easy to get to dining/shopping from here. The beach is a short drive away. The backyard pool is great to have. The shaded outdoor seating is nice as well. The air conditioning struggles a bit in the afternoon summer heat. We kept all window shades down to assist with cooling. The ice maker did not work, so we needed to buy bagged ice. Not a huge deal, but hopefully that will be fixed soon. Overall, a nice house and nice stay.
