Was clean and had everything you needed, to cook for the beach. Would recommand

We loved staying at this Beachfront duplex… especially since it’s right on the beautiful beach and relatively private compared to bigger resort type places… Martha the manager was very friendly and easy to contact …we really enjoyed our time the house was comfortable and homey. big enough for the two of us and even comfortable when we had visitors for a few days as they had their own space upstairs with their own full bath… if we come back to TI we would be more than happy to stay here again ❤️🌞

We have rented many VRBO's. This is the very first EVER VRBO that was totally equipped!! We needed nothing. This duplex is right on the beach, with waves sounding loud and what an amazing time we had!! Although it was quite windy and cool, we walked the beach quite a bit. We loved eating outside. The outdoor table could accommodate many and the swivel chairs were perfect to enjoy the cooler weather outside, while reading books. If you visit during the warmer weather, there are floats, noodles and everything you'd love to make your time here fantastic!! HOWEVER, for the property manager, a swing curtain rod with a black out curtain would have made our stay much better. The lights on the street were MUCH too bright for us country mice. We took care of that by putting extra towels up on that window to block out the street lights. Other than that, WOW, what a great rental. We didn't use the upstairs. But the upstairs bedroom was just so very cute. It had a twin bed and a double bed; it was so very well done and even a bathroom upstairs. Do not hesitate to stay here.

The place was very clean. It was just as advertised and the location is excellent. The beach is just over the dunes out the back door. The weather was not cooperative this year but we still had a great time! We even had some really great neighbors in the other half of the duplex who were awesome people!

Our family spent Christmas at this Treasure Island property and it was fantastic. I rented the north side and my son and daughter-in-law rented the south side. The back yard was amazing. The beach was beautiful and the property was tucked away in a perfect spot. We were able to do beach walks just by walking out our back door. We went North to Clearwater, inland to St. Pete as well as Orlando to Universal. This location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. The best part was, it was steps to the ocean. We will definitely be staying at this property again.

I come twice a year for tennis camp sometimes by myself and other times with a group so we have rented various size VRBOs This location was great and filled my request to be by the beach which was right out the back door Hope next trip we can rent both sides of the duplex to put up the additional people that are coming

The property is very cozy and comfortable. It’s located on a very private area of the beach. Perfect for enjoying beautiful sunsets, beach walks & gathering shells. It’s also just blocks away from Publix, Walgreens and Caddy’s Treasure Island for a happy hour drink, tasty food & entertainment options. Can’t go wrong with this option.

Birthday trip- my husband and my best friend and her husband. This duplex met all our needs- close to everything. Beach access was amazing, we spent every morning and every sunset on the beach. Washer and dryer was a great bonus to leave the ocean in Florida when packing to come home. We will keep this duplex in mind for future vacations.

Stayed here with my two daughters for vacation. My sister rented the south side of the duplex. Rental had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean, and the location was perfect. Perfect size rental for both of our families. It was so nice to have my family right next to us. It was wonderful waking up and having the beach just steps away. Would definitely rent again!!!

We all had such a great time, we are already planning a return visit. I was an VRBO host for many years and there was nothing they could have done better!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially our 2 dogs “Lucy and Gracie”. This was our 2nd time staying here. The owners “Martha and her husband” are AWESOME! They are so accommodating, hospitable and thoughtful!! We will definitely be returning!!! The location is wonderful. We love everything about the place! No complaints whatsoever!!! This location had everything you could ask for. Perfect for our family of 4 and our dog. The beach access and the privacy it afforded us was absolutely outstanding. This is a definite recommend.

My husband and I brought his 84 year old mother with us this time. It was her first trip ever to the beach. This place was perfect for us like many times before, except this time we had mom with us. Getting her upstairs to a safe place for her was easy and set our minds at ease that she was safe for the night. She had eberything she needed upstairs while we wrapped up the evening with cicktails and moonlit nights. We absolutely love this place and will be back as often as we can. Management responds quickly and with passion for whatever your needs are.

very cute and quaint small rental. clean and very well stocked (could’ve used another roll of paper towels and an extra garbage bag, but everything else was great) my only issue was parking.. it says two spots but if you drive a small car you’ll likely bottom out and if you drive a big car there is hardly room for it. i drive an expedition & parking was definitely complicated. we had 4 adults and one kiddo, the size was perfect for us. she also supplied beach chairs, sand toys & boogie boards which were so appreciated! we had a great week here, and would recommend it for sure.

The property was clean and has a well stocked kitchen. Loved the fenced backyard. Had an issue with a very strong smell of a Damp rid bag in a white wardrobe in the upstairs bedroom but the property manager resolved it quickly.

This place was fabulous. Right on the beach. Our dogs loved it. Martha was accessible and knowledgeable. We loved the location. So close to so many activities. We went to the Kite fest just on the beach by the house. We are planning on returning next year.

The property had all the amenities that a family could need, dish detergent, laundry detergent, dish soap, hand towels, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas- you name it, they thought of it! It was so nice being so close to the beach, as well as so close to restaurants and Publix. If we come back to Treasure Island, we would no question stay here again!!!

This year our November trip didn't have the best weather. It's nice being right on the beach as this house is so you can go back quickly if the weather turns. The beach is not at all crowded, and beautiful spot! The house has everything needed and some nice touches like a good quality blender for island drinks!

Fast owner response through vrbo app. House was plenty big for 2 adults 2 kids and 2 small dogs. Yard was huge for dogs to run - eventhough shared with other renters from the second half of the unit, but no issues there. I loved how everything was provided - including dish washing detergent, dishwasher tablets, shampoo, conditioner, even couple of beach towels (we brought our own). Tons of foldable beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, grill on the back patio... just loved our stay.

Treasure Island is our favorite beach. We've been vacationing on this particular stretch of Treasure Island for 35+ years, and we just keep coming back. We ordinarily stay at Island Inn, but we're traveling with our basset hound now and they aren't pet-friendly. Fortunately for us, two doors down we found this charming rental unit. From the moment of check-in we were impressed by the level of care taken in presenting a clean and tidy rental unit. The beds are very comfortable, and my kids enjoyed having their own bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the top floor. The fenced in private beach gave us a safe place to take our dog out, even in the middle of the night. Care was taken around the property to ensure there are no plants toxic to dogs, and we very much appreciate that. The property manager checked in with us several times to be sure we were enjoying our stay and to ask if we needed anything. There were plenty of bath towels and washcloths, and having a washer and dryer was very helpful. We were grateful for the broom to keep the floors from being sandy! The neighbor is very friendly and nice as well. Our dog enjoyed running the fence with his fur baby. We would love to stay here again!

It was another beautiful stay, even though it was cut short due to weather. The home is comfortable and relaxing with four adults and two children. Plus, a great new downstairs shower. You can’t beat the beach access and dog-friendly accommodations.

Everything was perfect! We loved it! Perfect location, no problem’s at all. The one downfall was parking ( we had a big truck) but it all worked out just fine

Nice place, however the owner did not inform us that items cannot be left on the beach over night. The Hotel next door had chairs and umbrellas left out overnight so we thought it would be okay. We arrived on Saturday and I received an email on Monday informing us of this. I was on vacation and just happened to check my email or I would have never known. It was not in any information or rules that were provided. The neighbor(who apparently checks on the property) was around and always looking at what was going on and could have come and told us. Once this happened we contacted the Beach patrol to try to retrieve the items that were taken. Once we found out that we could not get them back due to them throwing them away. We went and purchased new ones to replace them. I informed the owner that we had done so. I never heard back from her until we returned home. That is when I was told the items were not good enough and I need to pay for them. We did replace the items with something of the same cost and quality. She then stated that she would return my items to me. When I asked if this could be done at no shipping cost to me she asked that I send her the receipt and she would return them and have the cost put back on my form of payment which was cash. We would have never left the items out if we were informed properly. The internet/wifi is very poor. This is what the TV is through which made it difficult to watch. Not that we were there to watch TV. They also have google devices in the home, which we disconnected as soon as we found them. Did not feel comfortable having them connected. The neighbors house has many cameras pointing at the property which made us feel like we were being watched. I understand that they need to make sure the property is being taken care of, but that is very invasive. The description states it sleeps 6 which it can but just know that the house is very small. It was well stocked and clean. I am not one to leave bad reviews but I just don't want this to happen to anyone else.

This property is a great fit for anyone looking to take your fur babies on a beach vacation. Everything you need to relax and unwind on the Gulf of Mexico. Spacious enough for the family with an enclosed beach area for the family pet. We highly recommend.

We rented both north and south units for a one week family beach vacation and this property never disappoints. The location is ideal and the set up for two adults and two kids was perfect. The beds were really comfortable and the remodeled downstairs bathroom was great. Easy access to the beach right out the back gate. Management is excellent and immediately responsive if there’s an issue or you just have a simple question. You won’t find a better property manager than Martha! Our family loved it and the kids especially had a fantastic time.
