We loved staying here!! The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable with everything we needed for a short stay. We actually regretted not staying longer! The highlight though was Mariana and Raul and their wonderful family. They made us feel like we are at home and not strangers. Thank you for everything!!

There were short holidays so we could spend only one night there(

This accommodation is modern, clean, with all needed amenities, located near shops and city centre, with helpful host and complimentary coffee in the morning, even with the possibility to buy local sweets and wine, and all that for a good price. It is almost a ten, only for...

... the shower with unstable water temperature. We tried many combinations, but still the water was either too hot to touch or too cold to be in, with normal temperature for a few seconds in between. This has been mentioned in previous reviews, if it gets fixed, this will be one of the best accommodations in Georgia.

very good option for the price. warm welcome and owner really helping us out. 10/10 for that part! close to the stalin museum. this is a entire apartment above the owners place. small details were great : homemade products to buy in the fridge, a small balcony with vines, a washing machine..

the kitchen is really small. there were some leaks near the washing machine.

I’ve travelled all around the world and never had more value for money than here. Lots of space and facilities, well located, very friendly hostess…More in detail: it’s very nice to do the laundry after a week of hot summer. It’s only a short stroll to the centre and all the sights. There are different bedrooms and even a cot for children upto three years old. We had a private parking place. There’s airco (and when we said it still was a bit hot in the sleeping room we got an extra van). We got a plate with delicious melon and baking. Well, need I say more?!

Very quiet and cozy apartement

Host was unbelievably kind. We have got two ICE coffee on the first day And one coffee on the day of our departure for free. Best example Is that on our departure we have no bus or train which could take us to Batumi So her Brother took us all the way for the price of gas. It Is almost five Hours by car So he had to drive there And back. Definitely would stay again

Very accessible, just few blocks to stores, downtown, parks and attractions. Secure property, private entrance to the second floor rooms that are all for yourself. Exceptionally clean rooms, spacious, with fresh linens, comfortable beds for a recharging sleep at the end of the day. The warm welcome by the host, Mariana, and her family, was the most memorable part of my experience. They were responsive to my questions and attentive to my needs. It was here I felt most welcome in Georgia. Had very interesting conversation over an unexpected dinner and special homemade wine. The family is a great example of love and resiliency during the pandemic situation, when most everyone is forced to stay apart, but this family instead is cherishing their time together, keeping close-knit and upholding their rich tradition. The place exceeded my expectations. It has everything needed for short or long term stays. Highly recommended for solo, group and family travelers. There are even cribs for babies. Planning to bring my families and friends here in the near future, for them to meet, as well as experience such Georgian friendship and hospitality. My hearfelt thanks to you all.

Great friendly host

A cozy two-bedroom flat close to the Stalin museum, supermarkets and restaurants, in the mansard of the quiet family home, with a private yard out back. There was a nice big living area with a TV, books, and home-made wine for sale, and the kitchen was fully equipped (though not ideal for the tall!) and came with free tea and coffee. Central heating and air-conditioning made for perfect conditions, and the large double bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to get out of it come morning! The bathroom was small but tastefully decorated, with a shower, toilet paper, soap and towels. The host, Mariana, was super friendly and on-hand to help if needed. In short- we will definitely be back! :)
