Very good location, nice apartment, convenient parking nearby. The common terrace at the rooftop provides fantastic view.

The bathroom is adjusted to the bedroom, so it is not very convenient if you travel with friends - they have to pass your bedroom in order to access bathroom.

Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. Very nice view from the dining room window and from the terrace on the roof. All required kitchen equipment available. Very comfortable, large bed.

Shower was broken (could not be positioned). Air conditioning could not be fully controlled locally. Location in the very centre of Desenzano, but it was not possible to order a taxi (!?)...

Excellent location and very comfortable appartment

The location was really nice quiet neighborhood close to the old castle of Desenzano. Views from the shared roof terrace over the Desenzano to the lake Garda were breathtaking. Unfortunately during our stay in mid July it was too hot to stay at the terrace during the day. The WIFI was fast and the ac kept the apartment nice and cool. There was enough space for two adults and two teenagers. While not as convenient as having one in the apartment, the shared washing machine was a definitive plus. The restaurants and stores for shopping were a short walking distance away towards the lake, and there were plenty to choose from.

The ac was probably too cold for us, and unfortunately we couldn't change the settings ourselves instead we would have had to contact the hotel representative who would have contacted someone else to remotely change the settings. We didn't do this, but this is something to take into consideration. The other thing is that the apartment was on a hill and the beach front and all the stores and restaurants were down hill, which for some walkways was relatively steep. For us this caused no problems, but for people who have some health issues this should be taken into account when choosing your stay.

Casa Tunina is located very close to the old town and the lake. There are plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood and the beach is within the walking distance. The room was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen had all the equipment that we needed. The air conditioning worked very well and the room was cool. We parked our car in the nearby garage - it is just around the corner from the apartment. You can easily enter and leave it whenever you want. The highlight of the apartment is the rooftop terrace (shared by all apartments) - you can see the Garda lake from it. Evelyn was a great host - she was always available for us and we had no problems communicating.

The Friday night was a little loud due to the noises from the restaurants, but it didn't disturb us much.

The property is set in a great location and has a lovely terrace with a great view. The size of the property is good and you get parking included which is a good bonus.

The property has an overwhelming smell of sewage which ruined the stay for us. It must be an ongoing issue as there is lots of diffusers around the place. The decor is worn and feels like the place needs a bit of a revamp. Kitchen utensils are very basic.

The host was extremely helpful and friendly. She helped us with our early checking providing a room for a luggage, the same was for the late checkout. Highly recommend this place.

The apartment was really nice with all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. We had an access to a shared roof terrasse. The view of Garda lake from it was amazing! We also were the only ones that used it during our stay. This house has a small inner yard, secured by gates. It was very convenient since we rented e-bikes and we could safely leave those in the yard. Also, it is possible to have an access to a free parking space if you ask for it beforehand. The location is very convenient - just 5minute walking distance from the main street and the castle.

During working days it is exceptionally quiet during the night, but on Friday the bar downstairs was open for long hours so it was rather loud. We also were not able to find a wine bottle opener in the apartment, but we managed to open the bottle without it :)

Good location although once you’ve walked down the hill to the lake, you obviously have to walk back up it to get back. No problem for us. Air con was great, good size bedroom and kitchen/dining/lounge had all we needed except an oven, but you can’t always get everything. Evelyn was lovely on check in.

Top floor, no lift. Not really an issue but worth noting. There is a bar on the corner of the road that plays very loud, heavy bass music. It’s not good and you can hear it, even when watching tv on an evening. As you get into bed, it’s even worse. The windows do nothing to block noise from the street either. We had a baby with us so we’re probably going to bed earlier than most but don’t expect music to stop before late into the night.

Well equiped accomodation. Very Clean. Great location. Easy access to restaurants and bars. Evelyn was very helpful showing us around the apartment.

Brilliant location especially for the price. Lovely balcony with a lake view. About 10-15 mins walk from Desenzano train station and barely 5 minutes walk from the lake and beautiful restaurants, cafes and bars, and ferry terminal to access the rest of the lake. Tomas was a very responsive and helpful host and allowed us to leave our luggage for the day when we checked out.

Amazing location for exploring the lake. The roof deck had a beautiful view and was perfect for breakfast and evening drinks. The staff/owners were so so helpful, nothing was too much trouble

Nothing, perfect stay

The location of the apartment near the castle of Desenzano is perfect. The roof terrace invites you to linger. Even if there is life on the street in the evening the nights are very quiet.

Very friendly host - provided all the required info for check-in and for parking. Great location. Well equipped kitchen. Big rooms and quite comfortable beds.

Great location, big apartment, clean, new, beautiful, new appliances.

The staff was only so-so.They were late with my check in. The air conditioner can not be controlled by the guest, only by calling a phone number and requesting the temperature. My calls didn’t go through. I asked the staff to do it for me, only by the middle of the 2nd day it worked out. There is a stink coming from the shower drain, but I figured out to run the shower and it helped.

The location and facility were good.

The main problem was the lack of service. Our initial reception was very brief and did not provide us with information about several things, such as air conditioning and the area.

the apartment's parking was full during the first 2 nights and we had to pay for the parking outside. At times we had problems to open the electronic gate.

Great position. Loved having cafe just around the corner and hearing the church bells. So peaceful and quiet at night.
