The host, Jaouad, met us within a few minutes of our arrival to let us in and give us the keys, and he responded quickly when we needed more towels. The apartment had air conditioning which was wonderful, and the WiFi also worked very well.
Halfway through the week, my car had some problems with one of the wheels. Jaouad helped me find a mechanic and kept checking on the car throughout the day to make sure the mechanic finished it that day. He also drove with me to a nearby town to get the tires balanced after the car was fixed. He was so kind and helpful in every way. I can't say enough about his kindness. He was absolutely exceptional. If I am ever in Al Hoceima again, I will definitely stay at the Rif Apartments.

Very friendly. Close to the city center and beach. Very clean.

The apartment was very spacious, nice and clean
There were no towels and toiletries, unfortunately this wasn't mentioned anywhere. We arrived late at night and were quite disappointed not having any towels or soaps in the apartment.
