Our accommodation was perfect for our needs. The location was ideal and the room and facilities were great. The host was pleasant and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Great host and place is thoroughly cleaned and bedroom space well utilised. Good range of continental breakfast including herbal teas and non diary milk alternatives.

Could do with a mattress topper or new mattress as l felt the springs came through.

I appreciated the abundance of choice for self-serve breakfast. I was grateful for extra touches, such as boxes of tissues and plenty of toiletries in the bathroom.

I was disturbed during the night by what sounded like a washing-machine.

Great value stay close to Chichester. Friendly welcone and good facilities for price including handy kitchenette for self catering.

This was a lovely, homely place to stay. The bed was super comfy with a full view of the garden. The hospitality tray was generous and bottled water was provided too. The bathroom wasn't en suite but was fully stocked with everything you could want. There was a fully equipped kitchen if you wanted to order a takeaway and a continental-style breakfast was provided. It was so quiet it felt like I had the place to myself.

Very clean, pretty accommodation

The house is on a very busy narrow road with free parking only for residents who have bought permission, in narrow spaces, not off-road. Guests have to phone a number that is provided on an info card in the room, presumably to confirm they are his guests. We arrived in the dark and failed to see the warning notice on the parking space. The owner chatted to us at length both when we arrived and when we were leaving and yet he did not think to remind us to phone the number. we paid a £35 fine as a result. Not a happy memory.
