Nice yard and comfortable home in a safe and quiet area. We booked this property, but were moved to the one next door, since it was ready. The property we stayed at was just bigger than the one we booked, which is fine. We had no major problems. Overall good place.

Sadly the shower was unpleasant as the water kept changing temperatures and water pressure kept going on and off. You definitely need a car if staying here as restaurants are kind of far away (no problems for us but good to know!)

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

Maria is wonderful. We wanted to go for a trip to Maddalena and she searched for us the best trip ever. The apartment is really cleand and new. It is very spacious and well decorated. The house is completely equiped (towels, gel, champu, shower cream, iron, kitchen tools...) and they even lent you some food ans wine as a gift.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is not in Olbia’s cify center but is very close by car.

About the Hosts: First of all I want to thank Maria for her hospitality. She is a person that gives you directly a warm welcome home feeling. Maria is very helpful with information and answering all questions that you have. She is a direct person - like all other Italian women :) - and respects your privacy. Unfortunately I didn't had the chance to meet her husband but from reading other reviews he is also a good and carrying man (maybe in the future!). About the lovely house: The house is brand new, very good equipt, in a nice quiet and save area. Highway (no noise) is around the corner where your can reach fast your destination like city centre or one of the many many beautiful beaches. The house has also a beautiful garden with a BBQ to use! WiFi is super fast like home :) Maria provided us (for the first day) a basket with some basic needs like breakfast and drinks. Surrounding: Sardinia is an island so you need a car to move around. The nearest supermarket Conan (+/- 3 minutes by car). Olbia Center is 15 minutes. Gas station is around the corner where the highway starts. Maria's beautiful house is perfect based to explore Sardinia! Beach: Sardinia is all beach and every person has his favourite site. For me the most beautiful beach is Spiaggia la Cinta. Maria provides a list with all nice beaches in the area! I can keep writing more and more but then there is nothing for you to explore anymore ;) Maria thank you for your hospitality and we will for sure visit your lovely house again when we reach Sardinia in the future.
