A classic 5 star hotel with everything you expect from the Hyatt group

I know they have to make money back on the investment they have made, but 165 bhat for a can of sprite is 11 times the price in 7-11 and clearly, they are buying cheaper than that.

Very central location in Bangkok. The room was well-appointed and cozy. Breakfast had a huge selection. Overall great though Indian food left much to be desired

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel mit direkter Anbindung zur BTS Nana. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit frischen saften, frischer Waffel station, diversen Kochstationen. sehr freundliches hilfreiches Personal. Grosser Pool mit genügend Liegefläche und durchgehend Sonne. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der direkten Umgebung.

Am Pool ist es durch die Lage im 6. Stock etwas laut von der Strasse. Wir hatten um ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen gebeten, aber anscheinend gibt es die Zimmer in eines der höheren Kategorien nur in den unteren Etagen. Das war schade.

The club lounge was exceptional. Wonderful, attentive staff and a generous offering in the evenings. The pool had a very relaxed vibe.

The hotel lacked a ‘wow’ factor. Reception area was very underwhelming, particularly for a 5 star hotel . A cupboard in our bathroom was filthy - we notified reception yet this was ignored and nothing was done about it. It remained filthy 4 days later when we checked out.

Es gab leider keinerlei Knabberzeug wie z. B. Nüsse oder auch Getränke in der Minibar.

Room and location were OK

Service was awful. Argumentative, unhelpful, rude - and wrong! They swiped my card to take the information off it, despite me asking them not to. On complaining to the US Hyatt they agreed with me, and were appalled at my treatment as it's against GDPR. The Bangkok hotel justified breaking the law in case I didn't pay - so they are basically telling you they assume you're a criminal, despite being a long-standing Hyatt Gold member.

Rooms were big, clean and comfortable, breakfast was some of the best we had the whole trip, gym was big and kids loved the Nintendo. The location was some of the best too.

Spacious room size, huge bed, top quality linen, great location, wonderful and very helpful staff… all in all a great experience

Location is amazing

Until I discovered a night later that they gave me the wrong Pool View room, the Hyatt was a rather underwhelming experience. But once I got the room I paid for, it was all good! Weird how the same exact room but with a different inferior view is not as ‘inspiring’! Also great dining experience at the Market Cafe. Great wonderful staff. Location excellent.

Closing the front entrance after midnight, making you walk all the way to the other side to get in/out..

Everything was rally good.

The hotel management and staff were all very warm and welcoming. They consistently provided good service to all of us. Breakfast was always something to look forward to. The rooftop bar was one of the best in Bangkok. The tasting menu dinner at the Market Cafe is a must try. This is definitely our favorite hotel in BKK. Would stay here everytime we go there.
