We were in Palm Bay to visit our son and family and see the grandkids in a Rogers and Hammerstein production of Cinderella. Our stay was wonderful. The house was perfect, had everything we needed. The furnishing were fine and bed was comfortable. We slept very well. It's a very quaint house in a quiet neighborhood which was perfect for us. We paln on staying here again we we come to visit, Only thing I struggled with was the low mirrors in the bathroom when shaving, LOL. I am 6'3" so had bend to see my face. Not a major issue but was kinda funny. Highly reccomend this house and the management!

Very nice home with everything you need for your stay.

Very spartan in terms of utensils, dishes, kitchen must haves, etc. Very few dishes, drinking glasses, etc. Bed in master was horrible to sleep on. Huge back aches every night and morning. Many necessities not present after arrival such as kitchen towels, grill charcoal & utensils, Kleenex, and more. Most all pots and pans were old, cheap quality, and heavily stained in unsightly ways. The outdoor charcoal grill was horribly filthy, so much so that it was repulsive and unusable. A huge dissapointment. Had TV service start up issues that wasted hours of vacation time due to get ready service not having cleared past guests logins into the YouTubeTV service. I could go on, but will end by saying that considering the high nightly rate charged, it was far from a fair value.

The home was very welcoming and adequate for our needs but could use some updates. The only real concern was the master bed, which caused us to roll to the middle. The neighborhood was very quiet and pleasant.

We enjoyed our month long stay. We had the access code to get in. We did not have any problems, so we were not in touch with the owners. I gave a three as we never heard from them. It was nice having a big kitchen to cook there and not have to eat out. Adequate pots and pans, cooking utensils and pretty set of dishes and glasses. There was a toaster oven, but would have loved a regular toaster. Many Spices in cabinet and coffee pot and coffee provided, although we are not coffee drinkers. Tea bags were also in the cabinet. The bigger bedroom was nice with the extra 1/2 bath. The bed was not as comfortable. It had a foam topping and we felt like we slid towards the middle. It might just need some deep pocket sheets. The other bed was comfortable. Nice comforter and pillows. If you are staying long, bring extra towels. There were beach towels provided, but we did not find the beach chairs that were shown in the closet. Comfortable furniture in the living room. Book said use coasters. We did not find any there, but bought a set to use. Nice TV's. Nice bonus room , lots of storage, with ping pong table. Very Nice Neighborhood. The only problem we had was a neighbor behind played loud music alot. But this was not the fault of owner. We enjoyed ourselves and felt safe there.

We loved this house,great place and great house for 4 people .. Soon as possible, we will be back and try rental this same house .

Close to Beach fine dining do not forget to go to Thrifty grocery store for your catering needs

Very nice and comfortable place

Overall our stay went very well. We were there four nights . There are some exsiting problems with this home and they do need to spend some money on repairs. I didn't feel our bathroom counters had been cleaned. They were griting. However for the price of the property it is a good value.

Very nice house comfortable beds nice kitchen and living area, Nautical decor to my liking, quiet street but close to local facilities. Could use a nicer outdoor patio area. Will come back again.

I really enjoyed my stay and the property was clean and well kept. The kitchen was very nice and we enjoyed several home cooked meals. the back yard had a full sized weber grill and we cooked fresh seafood on it. 5 stars!

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was nicely decorated and clean. Convenient location not far from beaches and restaurants. Kitchen seemed to be well stocked though we didn’t do any cooking. Only issues we had were there was no curtains on back door so felt like people could see all the way into house. Also states in description beach chairs and umbrella but there was neither. Was nice having a bath and half The shower had plenty of pressure so was great. So often the living room furniture is not comfortable but this one has a comfortable couch and chair. Ping pong table was nice but remember to turn on air conditioning before your ready to play. Definitely would stay again

After a 2 day trip we arrived to find this house charming and very relaxing. Close proximity to everything we needed. Would highly recommend instead of hotel.

Property was clean and cozy. I thought that it was closer to the beach, but they DID in fact say that it was 14 minutes from the beach in the description that I missed lol. There's a ping pong table that just added a huge splash of fun to every day with my teen. I would stay again if in town.

This home is in the quiet town of Palm Bay. It was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. If we are in this area again, we would definitely stay here.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is located in a very nice, clean, and safe area. The house was clean, and very comfortable. We have stayed in several rental homes, and this was certainly one of the nicest! It was very well stocked in things that we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The owner really has thought of everything. We have family in the area, and have visited often. This will be our "go to" house from now on. Thanks so much for a great stay!!
