Everything here was great. The apartment was clean and comfortable and everything worked. There was even some washing powder provided! The accommodation is near to coffee shops and places to eat.

Staff amazing. Tracy was fantastic couldn't do enough for us. I'd like to say, don't no what I'd have done without them

Getting robbed. Don't trust anyone. They'll take you to the cleaners.

Good localisation if you are looking for something closer to the city Centre, local Market and Street food. However, it was about an hour walk to the beaches. Take that into considerarion depending on your expectations.

clean, modern facilities

We have stayed in the past before it switched owners. not exactly what we were expecting, however the location we love, close to all the places we enjoy going and at night it transforms into a food (snails and other) street directly across from the hotel. even in the morning the food is great there and really always busy but not so loud. washer and dryer in the room is a huge plus. The staff is really the highlight.

unfortunately I think they have let some things go. we stayed in a one bedroom and the smell of mold was so intense I had to ask to move, the staff was amazing and immediately tried to fix the problems. the pool was not available to use and in general the smell of mold is throughout the place. The two bedroom was way better but still I couldn’t stay there for long with the smell never dissipating enough to not need allergy medicine.

Great location and in-room facilities. Very friendly and accomodating staff. Perfect stay for a couple!

We booked a two bed apartment and both bedrooms were clean and spacious with double beds. We also had two bathrooms which we did not expect. The apartment was lovely and immaculate.

Bathroom wasn’t really clean and cupboards were broken and didn’t have handles.

The staff were amazing, really helpful! The decor in the apartment was great and the location was good too, lots to do around the apartment. There was a good washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment which was really useful for us.

It felt unclean, there was mould in the bedroom and ants taking over the kitchen. The aircon in the living room didn’t work and the light in the bathroom didn’t switch on so we had to have showers in the dark. There was also lots of stains on the walls and cobwebs on the ceiling.

Nice room with a swimming pool in the rooftop. Very spacious with a hall and a bedroom separately. Washing machine, lounge space, small kitchen, oven all the things were available to use. Very good in this price and with all the amenities mentioned.

Breakfast was not included in this property--N/A.

Mosquitos issues. I ended up sleeping inside a mosquito tent so the bugs will not get in while I slept.

there was a very bad smell in one of the bathrooms. luckily there were 2 bathrooms so we could use the other one.

The location is excellent for exploring Danang. The staff is extraordinarily kind and helpful.

There was a washing machine and dryer available for use in the apartment, which was useful for us, especially as we went in June when the temperature was 38°C ( = perspire more = change clothes more often). The place was spacious, but not really needed as we don't really need to cook or watch tv etc there. The staff were friendly though.

Staff: The staff were friendly but could barely speak English. One of the ladies couldn't even understand "keep" and "passport" when she was trying to tell me that she has to keep a passport. Another receptionist lady who was one of the better ones in English also had to rely on google translate for simple conversations. Room and amenities: • The cabinets etc were quite old and worn • Cabinet doors can't close properly (screws were out etc) • Ants crawling at the edge of toilet sink • Killed a roach on day 2 in the room • Telephone to call receptionist wasn't working and the staff didn't understand when we told / used body language to tell them lol • Pots and pans etc quite old and used too • Housekeeping didn't clean the room even though we put the sign on our door on one of the days. We went down to the receptionist to tell her that the room wasn't clean, and she said (with the help of google translate) "that the hotel is not responsible for cleaning". It was only after i showed her the "please clean my room" sign that they provide and i hung on the door that she called her manager, and did the bare minimum of changing my towels and clearing the bin, and telling me that the housekeeping is off today and will do it tomorrow. • Lying on the sofa in the room made me feel itchy. Think it's not very clean, i had to lay towels on the sofa before sitting / lying on it. • I couldn't off this flickering ceiling light • Pool is VERY small (we didn't use it, only went up to see) • Rooftop is also very small I wouldn't say the location is good. There wasn't obvious signages as well, we walked past it quite a few times. I wouldn't recommend staying here, althought the staff is generally friendly. Find a hotel 4 star or more near the beach if it's your first time in Danang.

Amazing customer service and value for money! The staff were absolutely incredible, they went above and beyond to make everything happen for me. I was able to have an amazing apartment including a washer/drier and kitchen for such a good price which made it a wonderful pit stop in the middle of a 2 week trip. Highly recommend!
