A pochi minuti dai negozi e dai ristoranti del centro di Edgartown, questa casa in stile mantello è caratterizzata da soggiorno aperto, aria condizionata, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, pavimenti in bambù, un ampio garage per 2 auto, lavatrice / asciugatrice e molte funzioni aggiornate! La master suite comprende un salotto, cabina armadio, letto king size e bagno annesso con cabina doccia, vasca da bagno e doppio lavabo. Ulteriori 3 camere da letto includono regina / due letti singoli e 2 bagni. La casa ha soffitti alti e un sacco di finestre. Cursori della cucina portano ad un patio in mattoni all'aperto con barbecue, zona pranzo e piccolo cortile perfetto per intrattenere. La casa è completamente arredata con mobili, asciugamani / biancheria e forniture da cucina. Due delle quattro camere da letto e il soggiorno sono cablati con TV via cavo e a schermo piatto, oltre alla connessione internet wireless in tutto. Ci sono persino forniture da spiaggia e giochi da spiaggia da usare durante quei mesi estivi! Con solo una breve passeggiata a Bad Martha's Brewery, Sharky's e Stop & Shop, questa casa ha tutto il necessario per una settimana di vacanza o semplicemente per un breve weekend!

The property was just as described in on line listing- clean, neat, spacious for 7 adults, with sweet brick backyard patio, on quiet side street.
Most importantly, the home is mold-free!!!!! My husband and daughter are highly sensitive/allergic to mold. Homes can be clean, but if there is mold in the basement,…. It is a hazard for them, and tgey end up with sinus infections.

It was a comfortable property

Perfect house for 2 families of 4 (8 total) to make our "home base" for a Vineyard vacation. Just outside Edgartown, short walk to the grocery store, and a quick drive to the best beach on the island (my opinion) - South Beach. It was very easy to communicate with the owners beforehand and during the stay. Inside we had lots of space to stretch out, with the highlight being the massive master on the top floor with large bathroom and sitting area. The large driveway and garage really came in handy.
Would have been perfect with bikes, as the walk to downtown Edgartown was a little far for our group (4 elementary school aged kids). We had our cars though and had no issues getting around. Would stay here again!

Everything about the house was perfect. It would have been nice to have had clean towels hanging in bathrooms and soaps and shampoos but that was offset with the ease and flexibility of checking in and out. A great Edgartown option.

This was an idea location for five adults during a wedding weekend. The location was very convenient, easy walk to shopping, restaurants and bike rentals. The home is in excellent condition, with plenty of space for everyone. I would definitely stay here again.

A group of 7 of us stayed here for the weekend to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. The house is lovely and large - great for a group. You have to bring your own toiletries (shampoo etc) but otherwise the house is fully stocked! The house is an easy walk to downtown Edgartown, about 15 minutes down one road. Akram is helpful and responds quickly. Would stay again!

This was our first time on MV. Four adult couples. We couldn’t have chosen a better location. Out of all the towns on the island, Edgartown was our favorite. The house was close to the main shopping area and restaurants. The house had everything we needed.

Good Value
Clean, good location and responsive hosts. Many good places to eat, shop or relax within 1 mile. If you choose to walk the first 300 yds leaving the house you must be careful with winding road, traffic and no sidewalk but a breeze from there. I would stay there again without hesitation

Beautiful, well-equipped, home for 5-7 guests; our group of 5 ladies enjoyed our stay- we stayed 3 nights. Great location. Owner was attentive. Wishing to come back next year with my family.

Great Host, Great House, Great Location
Our stay at this house in Edgartown was perfect. Walking distance to many things Edgartown has to offer. The house is well maintained and modern. The patio out back offers a secluded area that makes you feel like your away from it all. The hosts made sure our stay was perfect and the house had absolutely everything we needed. Will definitely be back in the future. You can’t go wrong with this property.

Akrams home was a perfect launching pad for our 2 day adventure on MV. It's a beautiful and spotless home, and we actually had too much room here , but no complaints. It was so much more spacious and affordable than all of the hotels and inns I researched. The owner was extremely helpful with local recommendations. Look no further!

This house had everything we needed for an awesome 1 week Edgartown vacation. It was clean and we were provided with all of the info we could possibly need. The house is ideal for families with young children and is walkable to everything. We were comfortable and felt at home and would 10/10 recommend.

Stayed with a few friends and our children, worked out great. Location to downtown is a huge plus. AC was very strong in all rooms. Would definitely recommend this for a group of families!

Overall, our stay was excellent. The owner is very flexible and responsive. The master bedroom was very large with plenty of space. We loved the spa like bathrooms. The other bedrooms were very nice and comfortable. The home provides lots of space for family gathering.

Family Birthday Venture
This was a perfect weekend getaway for an otherwise dismal year. The property was everything we were looking for. The master was gorgeous. The remaining bedrooms were spacious and all beds were comfortable. The kitchen opened up to the family room. This was optimal for cooking while spending time together. The house is within walking distance to town by just taking the back road. We enjoyed the Christmas festivities in the area. This was just what we needed. Girls weekend
We cannot thank Akram and his family enough for sharing their beautiful home with us. They thought of everything! The house itself is gorgeous, has all of the amenities you would need for a weekend away, and the location is perfect! They have the most comfortable beds and you can’t beat the stunning walk in master shower! They are so easy to communicate with. We will absolutely be keeping them in mind for another weekend away in the future!

Great house in fabulous location
We had a great time staying in this home recently for the Christmas in Edgartown weekend. It was super clean, updated and comfortable. Walking distance (truly) to Bad Martha's, Towne and Stop n' shop, just to name a few places. The beds were ridiculously comfortable. It had a two car garage, which normally we wouldn't care about but it did rain this weekend and came in handy. The owners Akram and Ashley are very responsive. I had contacted several property owners to book for that weekend and they got back very promptly. I would highly recommend.

Weekend Stay
We had an excellent weekend stay in Edgartown! The property was immaculately clean when we arrived. The location of the property is perfect for walking into downtown Edgartown and super convenient to Stop & Shop, the package store, Bad Martha Brewery, and other restaurants and shops. The check in process was easy, and the owner of the property was very responsive to any questions. The house is spacious and has a perfect Martha's Vineyard vibe to it!
