Incredibile luce e spazio in questo 2000 piedi quadrati di mare, condominio a due piani. L'open space e in stile loft soggiorno e sala giochi con 16 piedi finestre rendono questa casa ideale per famiglie o gruppi - un sacco di spazio per intrattenere, rilassarsi e godere il vostro soggiorno!
Solo mezzo isolato ad una delle migliori spiagge di Los Angeles! Godetevi una passeggiata quotidiana sul Pier Venezia per i tramonti e il check-out i surfisti da vicino. Una strada principale con un sacco di ristoranti, negozi, lezioni di surf, noleggio biciclette, ecc è a soli 3 isolati di distanza. Il porto turistico con la vela, stand-up paddle-, pesca, canottaggio è a meno di un miglio di distanza. La casa è completamente attrezzata con wifi, canali premium via cavo, barbecue, tavolo da biliardo, giochi, camino. C'è un posto auto recintato per la vostra convenienza.
La sala giochi loft ha un tavolo da biliardo, freccette, giochi da tavolo e una tv.
Ci sono due spazi all'aperto - sulla terrazza al piano superiore con tavoli e sedie e un altro balcone proprio fuori la cucina con un grill barbecue a gas e un amaca.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata per cucinare e comprende lavastoviglie, macchina da caffè, microonde, frullatore, pentole / padelle, piatti, spezie avviamento e un frigorifero vino. E abbiamo sempre a disposizione un antipasto-pacchetto di shampoo, sapone e caffè per il vostro soggiorno.
Le Camere:
1 camera da letto ha un letto king-size, ampio atrio-finestre con posti a sedere per godersi il panorama. C'è un bagno completo appena fuori la porta.
Camera 2 ha un letto king-size, bagno privato completo, tv e una porta a vetri scorrevole verso l'esterno.
Camera da letto 3 è al piano superiore - ha due letti king-size, una tv e francese porte che conducono alla terrazza al piano di sopra. Appena fuori dalla porta è un altro bagno completo.
La sala giochi ha un futon full-sized che può essere tirato fuori per dormire.

Great location two blocks from beach, bars, shops, and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Property had everything we needed wirh plenty of room for guests to spread out. Good communication with owner who made sure our stay was a good one. Overall, a great property and location just south of the hustle and bustle of Venice Beach. We enjoyed our stay.

This property was perfect! it’s right next to the beach in a location that is not overwhelmingly touristy. We were walking distance to plenty of food and a short ride to some other meal spots. Nicole was communicative and super helpful from the time we booked until we checked out. Could not recommend enough!

Grandkids really enjoyed organizing a pool tournament for us. Nice location for a walk to the beach and to pick up dinner. Really appreciated the list of 'owner favorites' in the notebook. It was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Can’t say enough about the host and this get-away. Location was great, and amenities in the condo were great- kitchen stocked with everything you need from spices , to lots of pots, pans ,etc. All beds sooooo comfy- very clean and the host was responsive and so helpful when it came to things to do! Highly recommend for anyone traveling to the area - close to lots of shopping , food and close enough to downtown LA, but far enough away as well:). Had a blast!

Phenomenal stay at this very spacious, well decorated home. We instantly felt at home and everything was easy from the well stocked supplies to the wonderful secure parking area and easy to use TV. The area was perfect for walking and jogging, great restaurants, phenomenal beach access and easy travel throughout the region.
Nicole, the owner was fantastic both in proactivity and communication. Would highly recommend this property for both individuals and larger families!

The property was perfect for us, a family group of 5 adults. It was clean, comfortable, well-equipped and the location was excellent, a couple of minutes walk to the beach and a range of bars, shops and restaurants. Yes, as some previous reviews have mentioned, it is a bit tired and the blown glass in the large windows is an eyesore but the positives outweigh the negatives.

We were in on business and needed 3 private restrooms. Perfect retreat! Wish we would have had time for pool and darts in the upstairs loft. Maybe next time.

The weather wasn’t super warm but we still enjoyed Venice and this condo. The pool table was such a fun addition- it really helped fill some down time! It was a very spacious, quiet and clean space. Would definitely stay here again.

What this house lacks in luxury, it makes up for it in cleanliness and comfort.
The house has everything we needed to spread out and sleep well. The area was quiet, king beds were comfortable, and extras like blankets & space heaters are readily available.
Nicole was very responsive when we had questions.
Literally just a few steps from the beach. Having parking under the building and an elevator to the 2nd flooor (PH) was helpful.

The place was great for our group. Easy to access and had options for everything nearby. Would definitely rent again if coming back to the area.

Boys Weekend
I can't say enough great things about this property! Fantastic location close to the beach and lots of bars/restaurants within walking distance. My friends and I stayed over a long weekend. No issues at all! There was 6 of us and plenty of room for everyone. Owner was a pleasure to work with, they even got us in a little early check-in. Thank you again for the great time!
